Excellent location for a first timer to Hakodate!”

Great comfort at a reasonable budget. Most Japanese hotel rooms are cosy-sized so we were happy that the room has got the floor space to put two luggages! Bed is also comfortable, right next to the window where you can have a beautiful view of the mountains of Hakodate!

Highly Recommended ”

A cosy and very affordable hotel that is conveniently located within walking distance to JR Hakodate, Tram station and morning market. We opted out of the room cleaning service on Day 2 of our stay, however, despite us opting out for the room cleaning service, we return back to our room that night with a bag hanging in front of our door and what surprised us was that there were clean towel, amenities (such as new toothbrush, comb, shaver, bath salt, etc) and bottled mineral water in the bag for us. We were surprised and touched by the kind gesture the hotel provided to their guest. In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if we are back to Hakodate.

Awesome !!!”

I got special price from Agoda, surprisingly the room was big enough...unlike those common tiny rooms in Japan. Amenities were great, they even added bath powder for relaxing in the bathtub. Location was very good, near train station, very near from tram shuttle. The only con is : please PUT ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF at receptionist !!!

Good Hotel in a Good Location”

The hotel is within walking distant to the JR station and morning market. The rooms are clean and size was good. The only thing is the parking lot is quite small.

Great Location”

The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the JR station, and there is a also streetcar station nearby. The morning market and redbrick warehouses are all within walkable distance, making this hotel ideal for sightseeing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only bad thing is that the area has less restaurants and shops than other areas in Hakodate. But this shouldn’t be a problem if you are driving or if you have bought the one/two day bus/streetcar ticket. The location is perfect if you need to take JR or go to the airport (the bus stop of the airport limousine is just next to the JR station). Will definitely consider this hotel again when visiting Hakodate in future.

Comfortable hotel with a sports area”

Comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. Great location in Hakodate. Sports area on 2F is great and even has a squash court! Parking is just 500JPY per night.

It's worth waking up early for the breakfast! The onsen was also very nice, though somehow a man managed to get into the women's onsen (and he was naked!!). Not sure if he grabbed the wrong keycard.

The hotel location is the best decision factor as it's close to transportation, especially in winter when it's difficult to walk in snow. Room is clean and big enough.
