Great Location, Great Size, No complaints. And Onsen!”

Clean, modern, safe, 5 minutes walk to Ueda station, 5 minutes walk to a host of restaurants and shops, right next to an all-night diner and Family Mart. No complaints at all. Onsen on the ground floor is simple but is all that you need. A gym, even if just a tiny one, would have been excellent but that's not going to prevent me from staying here again in the future. 2 thumbs up.

Nice Hotel in convenient location!”

I spent 1 night at this hotel, my stay was very pleasant. This hotel is very near to Ueda station and also very near to the Ueda Castle. The staffs are very friendly and they can communicate in English very well.

大浴場と朝食が良い”

菅平でのスキーのため大浴場があるのが決め手でした。冬で寒くホテルの真裏に駐車場があり数歩で入り口は嬉しかったです。500円は助かります。 大浴場は7mあり広く洗い場は5つ（鉱泉成分で柔らかい湯）。1月4日に泊まったので館内も空いており朝食が美味しかったです。キーマカレーが◯、りんご、アイス、クロワッサンがおすすめです。部屋もキレイだし友人にメールでおすすめしました。提案として、ヘアーキャップと、枕がもうひとつあると嬉しいです。

余計なサービスはありませんし、スタッフも事務的な感じはしますが、こちらが望んでなければ気になりません。 お部屋はツインでしたが、狭さは感じませんでした。 新しいホテルは設備も整っていて気持ちいいなぁと思いました。 大浴場で、備え付け以外の物を持って入った時に、洗い場以外に私物を置く場所がないので、一時的に置く棚があれば良いと思いました。 浴槽に浸かっているときに、他の人が洗い場を使うので、私物をどこに置くか困りました。
