Nice hotel with good facility”

this is a nice hotel which i was enjoy staying there for 3 nights. the fittings were new and the room was clean. i like very much the public hot bath, although it is not big but it is comfortable. hotel provide complimentary coffee in the lobby. it's good to have a cup of coffee while waiting for laundry. the hotel is in good location, very near to train station and shopping plaza. in the train station has a tourism information office which provide helpful information for tourist. recommend to visit lake utonai by taking bus from bus station which is at left side of train station.

Location is perfect”

The hotel is very near to the JR station, you can see it when get off from the south exit. The hotel provides free LAN internet, while doesn't have wifi, the only disadvantage I think. Anyway, it's worth the price.

Conveniently located”

Nothing memorable but quite satisfied for a one night stay. Twin room was slightly more spacious than comparable hotels. The location was right next to the train station and very close to many restaurants. Would probably stay at this hotel if there were more attractions in the area. Overall slightly above average.

Quiet hotel, not too far from the airport”

This hotel makes a good secondary airport hotel. It is a 680-yen train ride (20+ minutes)from the Chitose airport. I selected this one because other hotels were not available due to the summer crowd.

Conveniently acrss from the JR train station”

I stayed at his hotel twice during this trip and enjoyed both stays. Excellent Japanese breakfast, conviently located across the train station, easy access to the Chitose airport by train. Staff spoke a little English so that helped.

Large hotel outlook but not big enough room.”

First came in the hotel, parking space is very convenient. Even space outside hotel is full, the othe car park space is located close to hotel. Free hot spring is offered by hotel which is nice but the space inside the room is too small. It is a mini spa. When we entered the room a bit disappointed size is small. One thing surprised me that the check out time is 10am. Hotel would like to charge me extra money when we checked out 11:15am. After explained that it is common check out to,e sis 12 pm in HK. At the end, hotel did not charge. No porter service in this hotel. Hotel breakfast can be improved.

Good location and near new chitose airpot”

The hotel room is clean but small. It located very near to train station (1 min).

Near Tomakomai Station”

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Parking is available for free for those driving. Room is comfortable. Breakfast is provided for free with good food.

Very relaxing”

Very comfortable stays, the room is clean with large windows. Great city view at night. Everything needed is 24 hrs as the vending machines are selling many foods and drinks. Ground floor has a large bath area, very relaxing. With coin laundry service available. Wifi is available at room and Internet and printer is also available at lobby. Recommended for family stay but English communication is a bit difficult.

雪が積もっていることを想定して、移動が楽な駅前のホテルに。 部屋はシングルですが、充分な広さで、一階には大浴場も。 朝食プランだったので、コンビニで買う煩わしさもなく、とても快適でした。

Wi-Fiの設備がある事部屋に書いてあれば使えたのに残念でした。 駅近で助かりました。 急の旅でしたが、とても割引していただきありがとうございました😊

苫小牧駅の真前。 駐車場もたくさんあるので、電車でも車でも快適に過ごせます。 朝食のブュッフェはかなり良かったです。
