Too noisy”

Price was ok but very noisy at night due to their karaoke room which located at the top level of the hotel. We can't sleep until 3 AM. Should improve the karaoke room to soundproof room.

Karaoke centre located on the top floor of the 3 storey building. Woke up at 0000 hrs due to noise. Complaint made at karaoke counter and hotel counter, but the workers could not do anything as the operating business till 5 am. Upon checing out, hotel manager apologised on my uncomfortable stay and awarded complimentary stay

Checked in with my sister and daughter during fasting month. Received 3 sahur coupons tho it was not stated in booking. I asked for pray mat, was given 2 pcs. After check out, still in town, received called frm a kind htl staff telling I left my fon charger..

No recommended to family or elderly stay due to poor soundproofing system. The disturbing noise and vibration came from Lv 3 karaoke if you are stay Lv 2 . The. Rest so far so good up to standard.
