Excellent Service, but rooms looks old an”

Affordable place to stay in Bagan Lalang. The staff was polite and provide excellent service. Due to MCO, most of the public facilities (e.g. pools) were closed. Breakfast (Delicious Kuew teow and coffee) was delivered directly to the room during MCO. The hotels facilities looks green, clean and beautiful, though unfortunately the public can't use it during this MCO. Kudos to the staffs who maintained these facilities. The room however, looks old and may be in need for some 'facelift' in the future.

Bathroom need upgrade, but overall is still nice!”

I think Seri Malaysia Bagan Lalang need upgrade for the bathroom, big time. The bath curtain have mold, so as the shower place. The water pressure is low. The wifi signal also very low. Can connect but cannot surf. The breakfast is so-so, but still acceptable. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room cleanliness is good. Though the hotel is quite old, but the hotel room is well maintain. The hotel is near to seafood restaurant along the beach. Overall, I will recommend the hotel for short vacation, to enjoy the varieties seafood dinner and have a stroll along the beach in Bagan Lalang.

My family and I was enjoy by staying at Seri Malaysia because we all get a very nice and sweat memory within 2 days on our family holidays. I hope Seri Malaysia will prepared more on the Malaysian culture on their design, their foods , their service and etc, because we must proud about The Name As " Hotel Seri Malaysia ". Thank You.

Satisfaction and really worth it with their service especially reception and security staff very friendly and with RM 100+++per night me, my wife and my junior so happy with room cleanliness, toilet, air cond(super cooling), swimming pool,10 min walk to Pantai Bagan Lalang (Avani Gold Coast Sepang), variety of foods stall @ sea side(night time) and the most excellent treat given from this Hotel Sri Malaysia is Breakfast. They delivered very well to full fill customer needs within small budget.. Congrats kitchen teams and keep it up, improve the menu example additional more authentic Malay dishes.. #small budget#awesome treat.

Relaxing getaway”

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It was spick and span. I made a call days before checking in and requested for my children's room to be near to my room and the staff gladly entertained the request. I loved the breakfast provided as my children did not waste anything and enjoyed their meal especially the teh tarik. Keep up the good work Hotel Seri Malaysia..definitely worth staying there..

Enjoyable stay ”

We had a great time staying at Seri Malaysia. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I accidentally left my favorite beach mat... and guess what, their very helpful staff kept it and i went to pick it up 3 weeks later. Thanks to Iman(trainee staff) and Lina(housekeeping personnel)... Seafood restaurants near hotel serve great fresh seafood dinner.

Suitable For Relaxation During Weekend”

As Sepang closed to KL, this hotel suitable for short outing at beach area. To clear mind and self calm. We travel during weekdays, so hotel not crowded with people. We have more space at swimming pool. Nice for short vacation nearby KL.

Great and quick escapade frm KL city”

Room clean, nice landscape, clean pools, nearby with bagan lalang beach. Easy to find a seafood restaurant. The lack is only no wifi internet provided in the room.

Hotel Definitely Need a Refurbishment ”

I'd like the hotel location near to Bagan Lalang beach, seafood eatery, reception hotel staff are friendly and my kids love the swimming pool. BUT I strongly urge for Hotel Seri Malaysia Bagan Lalang's management to refurbish your hotel. Your room facilities is sucks!

Good place to unwind”

Nice place for a short trip. Good eateries nearby. Hotel facilities can still improved especially the air condition. Not suitable for group with many/big luggage since it doesn't have an elevator albeit only one floor. But hotel seri malaysia is well known for not having an elevator. For group with OKU's maybe should request ground floor room.

so nice even i'm booked for last minutes. i asked the receptionist about extra mineral water. the staff hardly tried to find me the mineral water but no other stock. then they so kind to please me that they will send the mineral water to my room. about 15 minutes later, they already send my mineral water. they are very polite and so helpful staff. besides that, i think this hotel not really bad as others reviewed. i think there are just good enough with their facilities eventhough the furnitures looks old. but for me the kind and so helpful staffs make me fall in love with this hotel. actually i'm booked my room without breakfast but i think the price still reasonable with all the facilities .

probably one of the first hotels in Bagan Lalang area. overall a bit dated, rooms could use a bit of freshening up. the family room is spacious, with a queen bed + single bed, with enough space for another extra single bed. breakfast was OK, typical spread for a budget hotel. the swimming pool has main pool (4 ft) and children pool. close to seafood restaurants (either walking distance or short drive).

I'm a regular in this hotel whenever we stay in Bagan Lalang..it's cheap, strategic location.. near beach and seafood restaurants.. Plus, kids enjoy the swimming in the pool.

What u pay is what u get”

Overall awere okay as per what we paid. Good location near Pantai Bagan Lalang and popular seafood restaurants. Check in no issue. Room cleanliness was acceptable. The only issue was Air-conditioning not that Cool although we set the lowest temperature.maybe it was Sunny Hot Day.At night was ok but Air-conditioning a bit Noisy. Toilet just small.Low pressure water tap.Water heater not woking. Good Swimming Pool to cool down especially for kids limited choices for breakfast but the staffs were friendly. This hotel ok for short vacay in Bagan Lalang

Lovely Hotel, suitable for family ”

after check in,going to our room, i request room that near to the swimming pool,luckly we get it.but the swimming pool water smell clorines.its quietly hard.Hopefully Seri Malaysia can improve about it. the staff very friendly. The room clean, a bit smelly, but don't worry, you can request from the front desk, the air refreshner. in my room got one, but battery already out, my husband take the air refreshner out from the casing, and manually spray. 2nd day, we get our breakfast on 8am, i ask the staff when the breakfast time will end, they said until 10am because in our b'fast receipt stated 9am,they just extend it to 10am,seen that day got many visitor.It was nice.They improve it. One thing that not so nice, the room service suddenly open our room, and we still in there, and the time was 11am, not in our check out time yet.it was so rude.Hope,they will ask their room service to come and clean the room after check out time.
