Plenty of space that offers itself beyond just that for sleeping in, it’s close to the station, a Family Mart and everything else a tourist might want, free to use bicycles (5 in total), and one Mr. Taniyama who had been affable enough and speaks sufficient English to get you through check-in and any minor mishaps during the stay. And this is where anything good any this hotel ends- if only I hadn’t had to revise my plans so abruptly; word to wise: Plan early to avoid this lemon. THERE IS NO ONSEN ONSITE- plenty around though. ONLY 1 BATH TOWEL A DAY despite being located in an onsen town- I was refused a bath towel at reception (ridiculous) by a very deliberately insensitive older staff who had the sense to smile at my inconvenience. ROOM IS NOT WELL MAINTAINED- the air conditioner in the room I had been offered produced an audible rumbling and a weak breeze that made for a very stifling night, until it had to be rectified by the hotel’s technician; and even then, further inconvenience was experienced when the technician was allowed INTO THE ROOM WITHOUT MY EXPRESS AGREEMENT WHILE I WAS OUT- Mr. Taniyama apologised but an apology can only do so little after the fact. Breakfast was cheap and very unremarkable- arrived at the breakfast buffet to see a fly buzzing about the eggs, foods were found left cold on unheated plates, limp “leftover” vegetables in the salad dishes, miso soup had no wakame in it; that said, natto and rice made for a something closer to acceptable.

This is a joke ! the bed was so small for couple that is no room to move at all ! bed was so uncomfortable can't sleep ! make me up at 3am to write this review ! all the man at front desk don't speak a word of English ! the good thing is cheap but you can't have a good sleep ! your choice .

可再入住”

因自駕返回鹿兒島，所以中途停留人吉一晚，酒店有小量停車位提供，要付費，住四樓，窗外沒有風景，其他尚可，酒店沒有溫泉設施，但酒店有提供附近溫泉位置情佈，可在电視內找到，去前台問員工早上七點開的溫泉有那間，亦很幫忙查找，同內心告知方向，讚，用走十分鐘可到國寶级的青井阿蘇神社，值得一遊，下次會考慮再入住

地點尚可，步行到人吉駅約八分鐘，房間較舊，廁所夾小，但冷氣機是新安裝，面對球磨川，景佳，自助早餐選擇不多、味道欠佳。

服務員很細心，到埗給了我們每位女士一份小禮包，當中有泡湯用的沐浴露和潤膚露等等。早餐款式不多但菜的款式多，且夠新鮮。

服務員不懂英文但仍很樂意幫忙。酒店內温泉應該已關閉了，要泡湯必須到附近的温泉去。房間還好，空間算大。早餐不錯，款式不多但夠新鮮而且多菜種類。

前台的工作人员非常非常亲切”

2017.11月入住的，当天下着雨到酒店，很冷，前台亲切的服务让人感觉暖洋洋的。房屋设施有些过时，但是床品很干净，窗户很大能看到河水潺潺。可惜入住的时候温泉浴场没有开放，有些失望。

酒店离JR站稍微有点远啦……除此之外都很好！可以免费租借自行车！而且车子超好骑的
