However, they don't have enough staff at the restaurant in the morning to refill the drink machine. In the restaurant we can't communicate in English with the male staff and I do think he misunderstand our meaning

The room is smelly and dated. Not very clean and there was only 1 housekeeper for the entire hotel which means cleaning of room took a very long time to complete. Being near a hospital, ambulance sirens were heard very often. I won't come back.

Reason price Hotel”

This Hotel is located in between Kochi JR station and Kochi Castle. There is a food street nearby the hotel. Also, not so far distance to hirome market. The 3 beds room is so spacious and made our stay be very comfortable. We will stay at this hotel on our next trip to Kochi.

great location”

the hotel is just a 5-8 mins walk to/ from JR Kochi and the Sunday market. staff doesn't speak English well but one of them by the name Kitamura (if i'm not wrong) was extremely helpful and helped me with my booking with another guesthouse in Kyoto. we communicated through the translation app though. LOL

Location is excellent, it close to train station, trams and shopping center. However the hotel is very old and no wifi. If I go to Kochi again, I might stay there again

Comfortable and good value.”

It is easy to find, a short walk from the train station. The mattress in my single room was the most comfortable I have slept on in three weeks of traveling Japan. The staff speak very little English but we managed to communicate. The breakfast is of good variety and quality and included in the price. I booked the hotel at a special rate through Agoda, but even at normal rates it is good value.

The staffs are very polite ! Price inclusive of breakfast is cheap and the breakfast, hasn’t expected has so many kinds of bread. Location is near the station and the supermarket. Good place to stay !
