Excellent breakfast, competitive price!”
Just 4-minute walk to JR Kochi Station. The interior design of the hotel is modest. The room is clean. What really impresses me would be its breakfast. There are four to five types of breakfast, in both Japanese and Western style. One can have a full breakfast at a price as little as ¥200!!!! It comes with eggs, ham, salad, spaghetti, toasts, miso soup and juice/coffee/tea. Its presentation is beautiful as well.

Hotel's location is very closed to Kochi station. All staff have service mind. And lastly, I love their breakfast :) It's very cheap (100-500¥)and tasty.

Very enjoyable place”
The hotel is located a few blocks from Kōchi JR station. The staff is absolutely lovely, but English will be limited, ( it seemed the clientele was mostly Japanese ), so if you are the kind of traveler who have special needs and who always ask a million questions, you will be quickly frustrated. The rooms are very clean, but very tiny, which is usually the case, in Japanese hotels. Yes, the hotel is a bit dated, but again, the rooms are very clean, and the staff is as nice as they can be, so who cares if it's not Versailles. I didn't eat at the hotel, but breakfast is ridiculously cheap ( $1.00 to $ 5.00 ). From what I could see, nothing fancy though. So if you're looking for a clean bed, a hot shower and no hassle, this is an excellent option. I would definitely stay there again.

Great value ”
We booked for a night then decided to stay another as we liked the town. Although the staff had limited English check in was easy. The room was typical compact business hotel style and very clean. Parking and breakfast was extra.

Very old hotel with great breakfast”
The hotel is very old and the room is super small. It has great location near Kochi station but not easy to identify even with the help from a few local people. The hotel provides great breakfast at only ¥100 per set.

Standard and worth price, airy and great breakfast”
1. Big window and so airy :) 2. also the air conditioner is not centralized , so you can turn into cold mode even in winter, thats good ! 3. So surprised the breakfast cost only 200 yen with big toast and salad. I think u cant find anywhere else cheaper than this. 4. Not much breakfast option nearby, even the main street . Lawson and 711 are close, mega supermarket is just two street away til11pm. 5. Sad with no hot spring :(amd checkin time is 4pm.

It had a run-down feel and very scruffy. Lift access was not signposted and hidden away inside a garage. Having struggled up the entrance stairs with a suitcase, the location of the lift was then pointed out. I would not choose to stay there again and would not recommend it to others.
