Nice, clean & convenience”

Mostly I will stay at trillium hotel when I business travel, convenience for me.

Exceptional”

The picture show there is PAPARICH cafe.but its close long time ready.did ever this hotel look into the own hotel web site.or trying make people look stupid.Since its centre of shop lot's so food easy to found.The room just nice but it's to compact.If want stay for a day just fine.

Price is very reasonable! although breakfast is not included, but still there are few restaurants nearby so you won't get starved. The room is nice and comfy, bathroom is clean. Location is a bit far from LRT station, but since you went there for pleasure, it's no big deal to walk a bit.

Good, comfort and affordable”

The hotel was excellent in most aspect. The price per night is affordable, the room given was good and clean. This hotel situated in good location, near with laundry, restaurant and easily connected by main road and highway.

Satisfied”

We were just staying one night as we were going to TBS the next day morning. Overall the hotel room was clean and we have a comfortable sleep. A trip to TBS in the morning costs RM7, which is reasonable.

Value fr money”

You can hear next door voice when they talk loud. There were no spoon for us to make coffee so we have to go down to 7eleven to get one. But overall was okay. Looks like 5star hotel. Would come again.

The room is clean, but there is no place to hang towel and cloth... Many eatery shops nearby, have bank and convenient store just by walking distance. The main reason of choosing this hotel was because of the walking distance to nearby LRT station.

Very good”

Room was clean but had mosquitoes. The bathroom and water pressure was very good. Pls provide instant beverages such as coffee 3 in 1 and stirrer. Would be better if there is iron with its board. I felt safe to park car in front of hotel as they provided own parking bay with CCTV. Surrounding area had many shops n eateries which was convenient fr me as well as 24hrs self service laundry.

Relaxing place, but spoil when late at night room to be cleaned.”

The first day, the cleaning room done on time and well done,except in second day.Thus, more cleaning staff needed to clean room without asking to do and not to be done at late night. If possible provide coffee or tea sachets.

small room, but it has everything in it, good basic facilities, internet was good, just one little thing, wish the house keeping could keep their voices down while doing their work.

From agoda, booked a strandard twin room with an attached photo that show window. But atually the hotel gave no window room. They asked extra 30 RM for window attached room. Really disappointing.

Security Concern”

Value for money. Fairly clean but there was a strong stench upon entering. Security concern as we realized that someone had entered to our room during our absence and we were sure the entry was not for room service. The premise has staffing problem and there is a period without staff in the counter at night

Perfect for short stay!”

Internet line is good. Water pressure is fantastic. 24hrs restaurant is just 3 mins walking. Worth money

Value of money”

The hotel overall provide a good stay for a couple but in terms of cleanliness not really good. The cup provided was dirty with cigarette stains. Staff very friendly and helpful
