Nice and clean hotel”

Good stay for driving to Aso. Clean hotel. Beds are comfortable. Just dont like the bathtub, no curtains so everywhere is wet after shower.

Nice room and quiet”

We thought it would be near to Kumamoto airport so we were rather confused by the location and had to take a taxi to the airport. There was a few restaurants nearby and there is a station within walking distance which has a free bus to the airport if you don't have a lot of luggage. Overall, not a bad hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. I booked through Agoda and got a fantastic rate. The rooms are very nice and pretty roomy for a Japanese hotel. Location was perfect for us. We were between Kumamoto Castle and Mt Aso. Took us about 30-40 min to get to Kumamoto Castle (by car), and then about 30 min to get to Mt Aso. The staff was very helpful.

New Hotel, Big Room, Big Bed, Free Parking”

This is a new hotel near the local Kumamoto airport. As this is a away from the major shopping areas, it is best accessed by private car. There is a big and free parking area. The room is clean, new, and modern. It is not big, but the bed is full double sized and comfortable. Breakfast is good, but otherwise not special. There are quite a few good restaurants near the hotel. This is a hotel for the travelers who drive. Overall, very good value for money if you are driving.

Great place with great value”

I enjoyed staying at this place and I definitely recommend this hotel. Room was bit bigger than typical Japanese hotel. (Just a bit but it was more convenient for two persons to move around.) Breakfast was typical Japanese hotel style and it was ok. Great value for the money that I paid.

Pleasant Stay”

Room at this hotel are not only clean and tidy, amenities at the bath room are quite modernized. Room size is spacious. Air-conditioner is detached that you can have the free choice of cold/hot air. Free parking and free WIFI at the hotel room. Breakfast is good, with many choices. Location of this hotel is at the far end of a busy street, you can enjoy both the quietness at your stay, and the convenience of visiting shops and restaurants.

Room not as big as other Vista hotels”

Room is small compare to other Vista hotels. Staff can't speak simple English.

The stay was great. The staff was great and willing to help any way they could. But, being an American I am not custom to the hard beds, so that is the only negative, but I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Hotel is new, clean, and very functional. However, it is located a bit far from the city.

Pillow is too flat to use. Breakfast choice is less and flies are flying among the food. We chose this hotel because we needed to drive to Aso. Carpark is large.

Bad experience Insisted to give smoking room to us”

Staff insisted my booking was a smoking room though they could not provide any proof. Inflexible and unhelpful staff. Finally we have to live in a smoking room, very very bad service and unpleasant experience. Will never visit this hotel again.
