OK town got stuck cause rain ”

hotel is nice and clean, away bit from main town. not much around hotel ares not much in walking distance. breakfast is OK but need to tell staff if things are out Wi-Fi is intermittent

It's basically between "good" and "excellent" for a remote city of Bengkulu.”

The receptionists at the front desk should have known better about the condition of the rooms, especially upstairs. They didn't know that there are more than one electrical plug in each room, and there are seats for guests at the second floor.

Hotelnya bersih nyaman staf ramah sarapan enak tapi sayangnya ngga ada air panas, ada shower tp tidak ada water heater nya. Saya yang membawa anak kecil anak saya sampai tidak mandi karna tidak terbiasa untuk mandi air dingin. Tp so far rekomended.. 👍

Pertama shower air panas nya tidak hidup,sudah di hubungi berapa kali cuman jelasi dan suruh tunggu,tpi tidak jga panas2. Ke dua faisiltaa seperti penghangat air,teh,kopi gula tidak tersedia,pas di minta cuman di kasih penghangat air. Ke tiga tidak ada sendal hotel Ke Empat kamar tidak kedap terdengar suara berisik dri kamar samping. Mesan kamar yg superior bed besar malah dapat kamar yg bed nya twin di jadikan 1. Pengalaman pertama sangat mengecewakan dengan harga lebih mahal di bandingkan hotel lain.
