Had a good 3 nights stay in this hotel. Parking lots were abundant. Location was good, just a short drive out to many tourists spots. A bus stop is nearby as well if you are relying on public transport, and there is a bus terminal around 6 minutes away by foot. Room was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

We are a vegetarian family and had breakfast buffet included in our booking. We asked the receptionist on the day we checked in whether if there is any vegetarian food for the breakfast buffet, however I think one of the staff got it wrong and thought that we are halal, we were expecting to see vegetarian labellings just as the staff told us however we saw halal labelling instead. My son accidentally took a dish which does not appear to contain meat but has chicken in it, so we didn't touch that dish. While the staff was about to clear the plates for us, we apologised for wasting food and explained the situation. The staff was kind enough to make all the necessary arrangements by consulting us and recommending if we would prefer anything, she even told the chef cooking and help us prepare more. She told us which dishes could be eaten and which could not. Sure enough, breakfast the next day was sufficiently prepared for us. We couldn't be more impressed and thankful for her.

The place is located in front of the sea. It's still cold but you can take a walk or just sit on the beach. The room was very neat and clean.

We have five person,three adults and two kids about 5,3 years old. 5 years old kid need to pay for 500 dollars for breakfast and 3 years old kid is free. There are so many parking spaces outside the hotel. There are many restaurants near hotel. Room is very cleanly and the breakfast is so many kinds.

It was very nice and clean. The room looks as though it was just renovated, very different from how it looks like at the lobby and corridor area. There were sufficient car park lots even though our stay seemed to coincide with some local conference and a lot of lots were taken up. Not very spacious but that's japan for you I guess. Just a 5min drive away from main street where the big malls are. Plus points would be that they have a laundry room that has vending machines and also ice maker.

Great stay in Nago!”
We were lucky to get a room which offered very nice views of the ocean. Food at the restaurant was good. The restaurant is very packed during dinner time and the staff advised us to make reservations in advance. Strongly recommend to take a leisure walk at the nearby 21 Seikinomori Beach, the sunset view is amazing! There were not many shopping, entertainment and food options in the area, but still good if you want a quiet and relaxing stay.

Accommodation is situated near the coastline, with rooms having the sea view. Room is spacious and comfy as well. Plenty of parking lots around the hotel. A good base to head around the nago area by car.

Very pleasant stay in Nago”
Loved the breakfast spread which was well cooked and fulfilling. I had a nice view of the bay from my window and just a 2 mins walk to the beach. Staffs are helpful and courteous. Overall a satisfying stay!

The room is small and narrow but the bed is very large. Not enough space for putting luggage. The mattress and pillow very hard, it's not comfortable. Cannot go back hotel too early. There were having party at downstairs (may be in banquet hall, I guess). We can hear the noise in the room, it's annoying. But the staffs are friendly, the room is very clean.

We didn’t rent a car so we took airport shuttle and the bus stop was a distance away. However the bus terminal is slightly nearer and walkable. Just need to know which buses to take. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some were fluent in English or Chinese. There’s a nice restaurant just at the back of the hotel which has a waiting list as it’s usually very crowded. The restaurant in the hotel also offers decent local Okinawan food buffet.
