Great location, easy to use public transport such as mrt and bus. A lot of restaurants around the building. There is a 24hrs Indian food restaurant below the hotel, Food Republic about 1 block away and Fortune Centre is full of food stall (many has vegetarian option). 5 minutes walking to Indian and Chinese temple, and another 5 minutes to reach Bugis Street and Bugis Junction. Breakfast was tasty. Not too much selections but it was delicious, definitely must try the pumpkin soup. Entrance to front desk is a bit difficult to find by car, must go to the second level through the parking lot. But you can enter the hotel from the main entrance in street level between ginett and 25 degrees burger.

Hotel Mi is really near with Bencoolen MRT, and just take few minutes to walk to Bugis Street. The staff were very polite and kind, they gave full information of anything we ask. The room was very clean though a little bit small, but I think it's the standard room size in Singapore. The best facility (in my opinion) they have was the "handy" phone, it provides internet while I travel around, and I could make a call to my local friend anytime, very convenient!

Pros: The hotel room given to us was relatively spacious as compared to a Chinatown 3-star hotel that we stayed at a year ago. While checking-in, the elderly male staff was friendly. The check-in was very quick as well. The location of the hotel was excellent as well - very close to pubs, very close to 24-hr convenience store, close to Bras Basah train station, Bugis street and there is even a direct bus to the airport as well. Cons: The wifi was quite weak in the room. I observed that guests will sit at the lobby to access the internet. Super cons: We placed the 'do not disturb' sign outside our door. However, the hotel staff will know that there is nobody in the room. They will come into the room and switch off the air condition (we left our key card in to keep the aircon switched on).

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with wife and 5 y.o. daughter. When we mentioned about the V Hotel Bencoolen, the taxi driver didn't know where it's at. Check in process was quick. Check in time is after 11 am and checkout time is before 1 pm. We arrived there at 10 am, so we kept our luggage and went for a walk. There were 2 convenience stores nearby: Cheers (next to the hotel lobby) and 7 Eleven (less than 50 meters to the left of the hotel lobby). There was also a Kopi Tiam food center within less than 5 minutes walking through an alley. More local food can be found at Waterloo Street, which is located behind the hotel building. Even more food stalls can be found near the apartment complex across Sri Krishnan temple. For those who love shopping, Bugis+, Bugis Junction, and the famous Bugis Street are just within 10 minutes walking. There was an entrance to Bras Basah MRT station (Circle Line/Yellow Line) at Waterloo Street. Another MRT station alternative is the Bugis MRT station (East-West Line/Green Line) which is located underneath Bugis Junction. Lots of people complain about the room size in this hotel. But since I've traveled many times to Singapore, I found that this size is very common at any hotel at this price. What I care most in Singapore hotels are hotel facilities (such as free WiFi in room), distance to public transport, and abundance of food choices. V Hotel Bencoolen, in my perspective, wins them all.

The hotel location is near the famous Kwan Imm temple, just right behind of the temple and it took around less than 5 minutes to walk to the temple. The food court nearby was cheap and delicious too. The chicken rice at the food court is a must-try. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The water from toilet tap was safe to drink and the cleaners were trustworthy too. We left our lap top and some valuable things in our room and they're still there after the all day we went out. The cleaners cleaned our room everyday and the workers and reception counters were helpful in guiding roads too. Hotel is safe. Also, there were a lot of taxi came and waited outside Ibis Hotel to get customers. Moreover, it's near a clothing street, Bugis street and after the Bugis street, there was some branded shops and a famous dessert street nearby. Also, the MRT station is just nearby and it is really convenience.

Booked a King bedroom for 2 nights and absolutely enjoyed the stay. Room is spacious and clean, and comes with great view of the hotel's vicinity. Love that the material used for the design of the hotel corridors and room is mainly wood, which gives off a very comfortable feeling. Hotel lobby is located at level 25, and while the desk counters are not very prominent, the staff are very efficient and helpful in providing any assistance. Breakfast spread is tasty, and the gym is well equipped too! Superb location that is linked to Bugis MRT and shopping malls as well. Overall one of the best staycations I've ever had in Singapore. Will definitely come back again!

My favorite go to hotel when here on business or pleasure. Fairly affordable. Away from the craziness or ridiculous hotel costs on Orchard road. Right in the heart of Bugis with Bugis Junction, Bugis+ and Bugis Street as well as Bugis MRT all within minutes walk. One stop from Rochor and two to Little India. Great lobby that smells wonderful and will leave you wanting more hotels to smell this nice. Hotel room is small and clean, but manageable. Internet is fast and reliable. Breakfast is good if it’s in your budget. A note about this time specifically: housekeeping did a spectacularly bad job on two of our nights we stayed here this time. Took dirty towels but didn’t leave clean, and the second time they just forgot to clean it altogether. If the housekeeping gets better like it was last year then we will return. If the housekeeping gets worse then we may have to look for other options.

Perfect location! The hotel is just a few steps away from Bencoolen and Bras Basah MRT stations, 7-11, money changer and food republic. Bus and taxi stop is just right in front of the hotel. It is about 5-10-minute walk from Bugis Street, Catholic Church, Art Museum, Orchard Road. I did not avail of their buffet breakfast because we prefer to eat at Food Republic which offers more food selections. As to toiletries, they only provide soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. So better bring other necessary items such as lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, etc. Overall, the hotel is new, room is clean, staff is very courteous, location is perfect. Highly recommended!!!

My stay in Singapore was nothing but memorable thanks to the Hotel I choose, which was just few minutes away from the MRT Station. Anyone can take the train from the Airport itself and get off at “Nicole Highway Station” and the Hotel is just opposite. Bugis street was just two stations away and there were lot of eating places and shopping malls close by. Reaching Marina Bay and Santosa Island was just a peace of cake as the trains were available all the time. The only issue we had during our stay was to find a table for breakfast. The restaurant is not enough for the number of guests. Other than that everything else was good and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends and it’s very reasonable, clean and convenient....!

From Changi Airport, take the green line and step out at Bugis MRT then walk for 600m. It is near Bugis Junction and Bugis Street. There’s a 24 hours food court across the hotel. Money changer and 7-eleven is a plus in the building. Bras Basah station is a 2minutes walk from the hotel. Arab St., Suntec, Merlion, Esplanade, Promenande, Chimes, National Library etc... is just close if you don’t mind walking. The property is pretty basic but it’s clean. They change the bedsheets, towels and replenish the tootbrush and toothpaste everyday. They don’t have breakfast but they replenish the water, coffees and teas too. They have a mini fridge but we didn’t use since we don’t need it. Andy is very accommodating during check-in and the housekeeping people are very friendly. We actually didn’t had a problem with the staff as they are all very accommodating and polite.

Hotel is located at a great location just along Victoria Street. Hotel is easy access to bus stops and taxies, and 2 minutes walk to the MRT station. Hotel Room is clean with comfortable beds. Restaurants and 24 hours food court is very nearby. Convenient shop 7-11 is just available next to the hotel. Hotel hospitality is good with friendly and helpful staffs. Great Recommendation as Bugis Street is just few hundreds metres away.

i had stay at some hotels in singapore at the same level as marrison hotel, and i think marrison hotel is stil giving the best offer to us. i dont complain about room space, since most hotels room in singapore are smalls. the reception and room service are friendly and very responsible to make the room ready. when i come arround 4pm there was no cleaning service staff (cleaning service staff not always on site), the receptionist was just run up to our room, clean it and make it ready for us, and back to lobby with smile. when we check the room, her work was as perfect as cleaning staff work!, we give thumbs up! for her :). facilities are work right: tv, hairdryer, waterboiler, wifi have very good signal, bed is comfort, towels are clean white. location : very good, very near with bugis street (bugis junction + bugis market) you can found alot of food option from burgerking, mc donald, chinese food, steamboat etc. transportation : very easy to catch a taxi, and near to mrt, i'd love to stay at marrison hotel again :) it consider modern, clean, friendly, good location for shopping and sightseeing, and cheap for it class.

I had a business trip in Suntec Convention Centre. However I am staying solo.It is suitable either you are family,young couple or friend.Location is very good,5 min walking distance to bugis street,15 min walking distance to suntec city,2 min to MRT station,5 min to Orchard Road,for convenience stall,it is just within the hotel area.For hotel breakfast,it simple,not much choice,but taste well.From Bencoolen to Airport,you can take MRT or Bus,easier way will be talking bus as the bus stop just 1 min walking distance from hotel.Take No 36 bus direct to airport.Very convenience. Overall, I have a wonderful 2 nights stay in bugis. Good recommended hotel as hotel come with gym and spa! You can enjoy there.I will return to this hotel again for my next business trip again!

This is my second time staying here. I booked a doubled room this time instead of twin room. The room size was just right but small compared to the twin room. There is cold drinking water and sparkling water that are available in the hotel. The staff were great. As for the location, it is closed to Exit B of Bugis MRT (Blue and Green line) and about 5 to 8 minutes walk. There are shops and restaurant around the area. From the MRT exit, you can see Raffles Hospital and walk straight. Behind Raffles Hospital, there is a hotel and also another building called DUO Galleria, which also has a lot of gourmet restaurants. You can see 7Eleven and Dominos when you walk from the MRT to the hotel. There is a mosque right at the end of the hotel block. What I appreciate is that the location is not far from the main attractions, Bugis Junction and Bugis Street. They are about the same location as the Bugis MRT so you can reach the destination for about 5 to 8 minutes. Overall, it is superb!

First time using Citadines group facilities, which satisfying enough. We are family with 3 children, booking 1 bedroom executive and stay for 4 night. 1. Room: Spacious and clean 2. Facilities: Gym, Laundry coin, water dispenser in each floor for free. It will be better if you have swimming pool 3. Location: 5 -6 minutes walk to Bencoolen MRT, Rochor MRT. 10 minutes walk to Bugis MRT, Little India MRT. Close to Bugis Junction, Bugis+, Sim-Lim Square. Lots of singaporean street just cross-by the hotel. 4. Good and helpful staff Note: Just wondering, my friend stay at the same time with us with same room type, charged with same price/night, (but booking it from other application). Fact that they don't get charge for sofa bed arrangement is quite shocking. We've been charge $50/night which confusing us since it's inside the room and should be free facility. Repeat Order: yes for sure, but we will try to order it from other application since they include sofa bed arrangement ^__^

fragrance hotel bugis is located nearby national library, bras basah complex ,bugis junction, and bugis street where u can find many restaurants and shopping centre. it's pretty close with bugis mrt station with approximately 3 minutes walk. it's a nice area with many good restaurants nearby the hotel, we just have to take a walk beside bras basah complex then we can find many food there. The service is excellent and they're very welcome to the customers. The room is very clean and nice and the room size it's fine ,not to small so that it's very comfortable. i would say i was enjoying my stay there.

This is the perfect place to stay in especially if you're travelling for the first time in Singapore. It is very near Bugis MRT station so we got to explore Singapore without getting lost. The staff are very friendly, courteous and accomodating. We arrived 5 hours before check in time yet they didnt hesistate to give us a room in like 5 minutes. Then our flight home was not until 8 in the evening so they let check out at 1pm instead of the usual 12nn and let us leave our luggages with them for safe keeping until the time we had to go to the airport. There are free towels and room service daily and the whole hotel smells really nice and fresh 24/7. The daily free breakfast was not so bad also. Downside - the room's small so it didnt have a cabinet to store our clothes in BUT bigger than most hotel rooms I saw online with the same price. Nevetheless, I'll rate this hotel with 5 stars because overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay and we wont hesitate to come back next time we visit Singapore.

We arrived in from Munich at 7.00am in the morning, we had 2 rooms booked, even though check in was at 2.00pm, they gave us 1 room straight away (thanks Ramon), and only had to wait until 10.30am for the 2nd room. My wife and kids had a chance to catch up on some sleep after a 12hour flight. The room rate included breakfast, honestly, is was an ordinary breakfast, but in saying that, we found plenty to eat and drink, it was included in the rate so we did not go anywhere else to eat for breakfast. The overall service of the hotel is good, rooms are smallish, but they worked for us, beds and pillows are comfortable. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. We had rooms on the 15th floor with a good view. Pool is a lap pool, so a little small, but everytime we went down we had it to ourselves so we were happy just to be in a pool to escape the heat. Close to the SMRT station, 5min walk to Bugis Street.

Booked 3 nights for a stopover in Singapore. Location is fantastic and easy to get to from Changi via the MRT. Everything you would want to see is either a short MRT ride away or within walking distance. Intercontinental is attached to Bugis Junction shopping centre so retail therapy is not far away, but the crown in the jewel is Bugis Street markets which lies across the road. Don't forget to haggle! Staff are very friendly and check-in was quick and hassle free. The concierge were very helpful in liasing with a luggage repair company who had to take in my partner's suitcase which was damaged on the flight. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel location is perfect, right in front of MRT station DT 21..Bugis street/junction & Kampung Arab/kampung Glam are also nearby, less than 1km walk i suppose..there is mosque on the right side of the building & malay restaurant on left side, which is just perfect for me.. Hotel room is spacious(1 bedroom apt),perfect for traveller with 3 kids for me..next time i travel to singapore, i surely back to this hotel but i will take 2 bedrooms apt.

This hotel is very cheap than other hotel, there have many restaurants nearby, a restaurant that I recommand name is "Steamboat" there is buffef chinese food but the taste very near thai style. This hotel near Bugis MRT station, Bugis street, shopping mall and not far to go to the interesting place. I booked standard room for 2 nights, I got fourth floor It make me happy very much because my room is very quiet and air condition is very cold. First day when I checkin their elevator is out of order but they trying to repair it as soon as they can, finally It's work in evening. I'll book here again when I have chance to go to Singapore.

Near Bus shelter 9. Near Bugis MRT station about 700m & Lavender MRT station about 600m 10. Pleasant and helpfull Staff 11. There is a tree in front of hotel (our room), so we could hearing bird twitter in the morning, always. 12. Azan (Athan) is clearly heard from Masjid Sultan, so we never left behind jamaah shalat. CONS: 1. TV Cable just a few channel, about 6 or 7 channel, no children channel 2. No Water Closed sprayer ------------- We will stay again in this hotel if went to Singapore.

At Day Time, That's Local Chain Coffee Shop "Killiney" just right in front of the Hotel, and that's Authentic Thai Food "Jai-Thai", Local Hainanese Chicken Rice "Jing Jing" just few door away from the Hotel. At Evening Time, that's few Karaoke Lounge and Pub located at the same street. Love Reading? National Library just at the end of the Street. Love Shopping? Bugis Junction Mall, Bugis + Mall, Bugis Street Market, just few hundred meter away, Love to visit Local Attraction, like Singapore Flyer, Merlion Park, Marina Bay Sand Hotel and Garden Of The Bay? By walking? No Problem? By Public Transport? 4 different Line Train station surrounded the Hotel, all just few hundred meter away. Love Food? Many Local Food surrounding the Hotel. Love Romance? Singapore MOST signature "Raffles Hotel" just after the street, and it being WELL KNOWN with it Signature Cocktail "Singapore Slings"

I stayed in a Deluxe room with a view across the Middle Rd. Was a indeed pleasant stay. Clean room and restroom with ample circulation space. Comfy bed and pillow. Pleasant view of the street and beyond. Just next to 7-11 convenient store. Great location. Within short walking distance (5 to 7 minutes) to Bugis Street Bazaar, McDonald's, Bugis Junction, Bugis+ and Bugis MRT station. There's coffee-making facilities in the room. Ironing facilities available upon request. Dresser table has big mirror. Good number of spots provided to hang clothing articles and accessories. Window bench provided practical spot to place and access luggage. Very attentive, friendly and helpful staff, made the stay even more pleasant. Value for money. Really worth every penny spent. Looking forward to be back soon! :-)

At first, i thought zen rooms at mackenzie was a "stand alone" hotel, instead the hotel is located at rucksack inn. So whether you choose to stay at zen rooms mackenzie or at rucksack inn, i think you will receive the same hotel room. Other than that, the hotel location is 2-3 minute walk from little india MRT, just below the hotel there is HALAL chinese restaurant, which is very good to me.isMRT Other than MRT, the location is near to everywhere, near to sim lim, or orchard & Bugis street (4-5 SGD using grab car)

Mr Aives (the staff, sorry if your name mistaken) was very polite and helpful! The breakfast was great, the cleanliness was great, worth every cent. Just 5 min walk from Bugis Junction and the Bugis MRT. Definetly will book this hotel if i came back to singapore!! You guys should book this hotel seriously, across the hotel, there’s a Thailand restaurant, i wasnt expected at all! The foos was goooood! Should try! Next to hotel many bar and rest. Good job!!
