Coffee was grinned straight from beans. Swimming pool is well constructed like infinity pool with lovely mountain view. Free bicycles are available for rent within the hotel premise. Also there are some mini animal farm (rabbits and alpacas) for kids to admire. Overall, it was pleasant stay and i am highly recommending this hotel

The concierge and restaurant staff were always helpful, going the extra mile for us and their smiles were genuine and warmed our hearts. Their bell boys assisted with our luggage and were always prompt in transporting us to and fro the villa. Prompt may not be sufficient to describe their speed when they are at the doorstep after you take a short distance after hanging up the phone to the door. I think some 5 stars hotel ought to learn from them. Professional yet genuine love and service comes from within. We have never regretted choosing this hotel and their staff made our stay very memorable for my wife, a 1 year old child and myself. Definitely recommended!

I would like to thank the whole staff at this resort who did not refuse any of our requests but also on top did all efforts to make our stay enjoyable. But it was not an issue since we had a car. Hotel serves deliciously prepared ala carte breakfast. Beautiful landscape, really quiet and tranquil environment. This is one of those hotels/resorts where you must stay at least once in a lifetime. Outstanding service & attitude of staff deserves appreciation. Trust me i've stayed in many hotels all around the world as part of my job, Raintree Residence is one of the best.

I booked a flora room for a family of six person, the staff is very friendly and helpful to our request, the room is clean and spacious with a big balcony facing the forest and mountain cliff, the hotel is located near to primo piazza 5 min walking distance and it is also near to a sunflower field which only available during Dec to Jan. As we are vegetarian, the hotel restaurant is not a buffet style but it cater to our request to help us prepare vegetarian BF. So the overall stay is awesome and I will definitely book again and recommend to relatives and friends.

We booked this as we were looking for a big enough room that would sleep 3pax without having to book an extra bed. Would recommend this hotel, service by staff was excellent and they took the initiative to assist without us requesting. Little bamboo grove at the back reminded me of a mini kyoto was also a nice surprise. Temp was 20deg when we were there. No difficulty looking for the hotel, we couldn't find the check in desk as it was actually inside the restaurant and had no signage. Staff spoke very little English but was glad to meet the owner who speaks perfect English and she was very helpful. She gave info to customers, direct them, even serve at the restaurant. Very humble lady. Breakfast was very good but only avail after 8am. we had 3 rooms for 9 of us and all with vineyard view. Rooms were big enough for an extra bed. I love the fresh smell of the towels and linen. Clean rooms. Been to Khaoyai several times but this hotel is the best of all.

One comment, the staff arranged some monks to the hotel for guest to make merit, almost every guest who came down for breakfast has to buy "the offering" from hotel and give to the monk. There was very little English translation of information and the staff did not speak English. This resort is geared towards residents of Bangkok and I appreciated getting off the foreign tourist trail. This was a perfect, beautiful, romantic, quiet place to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary.
