We extended our stay via Agoda having already booked a week here we liked it to much. The reception was breathtaking and just walking around made you feel as though you have entered luxury. Our room was newly refurbished and overlooked the waterfall. We thought the noise of the water would keep us awake, little did we know it went off and on on a timer! The rooms were clean with ample toiletries and refreshment. We ate in all the restaurants. The Japanese and Chinese were perhaps a little overpriced but the Japanese was a lovely experience with the waitress more than happy to explain what everything was. The warm sake was delicious. Carousel was buffet style but we ate off the a la carte. Lots os choice. Sagar was our special meal and the one which my boyfriend says was the best meal of the 5 month trip. Fabulous. The shuttle to KL does not get there early enough to get tickets for the Petronas Towers but is an ideal way of travelling to the city easily. The shuttle to the Mines Shopping Centre needs to be booked at reception and provides alternative eateries. We took the boat shuttle for the experience and was not disappointed. I have recommended this hotel to everyone since I have returned home. Cannot wait to go again.

The stay was very pleasant. We chose the hotel as it was near friends rather than in the city so the location (between two highways) suited us. The Reception staff were very helpful and were able to order taxis when we needed them. It took us about 10-15 mins to get to the KLCC.The rooms were excellent value as they were clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel corridors ( especially the carpets)could do with a facelift but did not detract from our stay.

Spacious but inconvenient location 7.3 It's more of a serviced apartment than a hotel so it's better to stay here only if you're staying for a week or more. The business is pretty new, probably about two years old. The room is very spacious! Location - It's out of the city and not accessible by public transport so if you don't have a car, it might not be practical to stay here. It's pretty easy to ask the front desk to call for a cab for you though. Room - Huge! There was a weird foul smell in the bathroom though. I tried to look for where it was coming from, but couldn't find it. In the end, I just put up with it since we were only staying for one night. Breakfast - Just basic Malaysian breakfast. There was a small cereals section, some fried rice that was too spicy for me, sausages, eggs, and concentrated juices. The coffee was good though! Nightlife Tip: A pub called Backyard Pub is just nearby, so if you wanna grab a few drinks and listen to live music, it's a good place to go to instead of going to the city.

I really enjoy the stay as I think it is spacious enough. The distance of the TV from sofa was just right. Would be great to have a coffee table in front of the sofa. Also a sink in the living room would make things easier since I have to wash my glass in the bathroom sink. Otherwise, everything were up to par and room does look like the one in photo. It’s a very convenient location since there’s a LRT station. Room is clean and the cleaner did a great job since I came back with a tidied room for my second day stay. Staff were helpful and there are security guards at the lobby and lift. Many places to eat at the ground floor so I don’t need to worry about what to eat for breakfast or supper. There’s three convenient stores (7-11 and KK mart) nearby. The only problem was the hotel lobby was abit hard to find using waze if you are a first timer. This is my second time staying in this hotel. They did a great job maintaining their services.

Location is good, next to a mall. There is 7/11 in the building as well. It is 45 minutes from KLIA2. The staff were very helpful since the check-in day. There was a system error and we got upgraded to the biggest suite for 1 night and was asked to switch the next day. We are OK with that. To our surprised when we were ready to switch room they decided to let us stay in our upgraded room for the rest of our stay, in total it was 4 nights. The room itself was clean but basic 3 stars hotel. It has a mini-fridge as well.

the hotel room is quite small, but the room we checked into was clean. we managed to request for a transfer to the newly renovated sun inns d'mind 2 (just at the opposing end of the building). the location is located in seri kembangan (universiti putra malaysia), which is some distance away from kuala lumpur city centre. recommended only if you have business to run in the area. the only disadvantage is the lack of parking space, as we the hotel is a converted shoplot. based on the rate we paid, it is a relatively decent budget hotel.

Pros: Great value for money. Great service provided by the front desk upon checkin, ample of free parking lots, bottled waters provided, water dispenser, cups and cleanliness of the room. Water pressure is good. Cons: Room is really small for family room that not much space we can walk, lift is pretty small too. Next is the soundproof of the wall is not good. In the middle of the night, we were awaken by the noise from the children from the room next door. The aircond temperature reading in LED is too bright and may trouble people with difficulty sleeping with slight light on. Another con is we were waken up at almost midnight by the receiptionist by phone call to ask if the iron is with us. It was really annoying. Overall it is a value for money place and lots of restaurants and pastry nearby. Chinese coffee shop, 7-11 are also available across the main road. The building is really new and clean and many empty shoplots. RM50 deposit upon checkin and refunded during checkout.

Room was quite small. A bit difficult to berjemaah with husband but other than that was superb! Got fox channel, no 3 in 1 in room but got coffee machine which got more varieties such as mocha 🤤, cappucino & teh tarik which is superbbbb! Breakfast also got many varities like nasi lemak, mee goreng, nasi goreng, bread, honeystar, sosej, nugget, lauk ayam which is beyond my expectation. With only less than RM70 per night, I'm more than satisfied with this hotel. Plus it very close to Farm in the City which is my destination ❤️

Good place to stay! The room is clean with polished furniture. Everything is generally good and pleasant to stay. Wireless signal detected in my handphone is one bar only but it is stable and good to surf the net. Water pressure in bathroom is moderate There's no fan to suck out water moist from the bathroom. A window was opened inside the bathroom for this purpose but i closed it for security reason. I stayed in a room with windows but I would not recommend a window room because of lacking of good window view (facing highway) and noise from the road. Location is strategic as it is within walking distance to The Mines, KTM station and taxi. It is also the budget hotel nearest to Universiti Putra Malaysia. Many restaurants for breakfast to supper are available around the hotel. This is definitely one of a budget hotel you should consider if planning to stay this area.

We like the clean and spacious room with the money we paid. It's a new hotel. Everything is in good condition. They don't provide hair dryer in the room but you can borrow from the lobby counter for free for 1 or 2 hours. Food is easy available nearby. There's a mini-size of Giant hypermarket within walking distance. The location is not-so-convenient without own transport. Overall, we like the hotel! Will definitely come back for the next time!

I had stayed at this hotel several times. This time, I booked to 2ooms - one with single beds and one with twin beds. During my check in, the staff told me that it is only one room booked, and I showed her my agoda voucher, she check with her own booking slips, she found out she was incorrect. She try to ask me that provide me a family room with 1 big size beds and 1 single beds, but we have 3 mans, so I insist that we need to have 3 beds, and I don't care if it is in one room or 2 rooms. Finally she provides me 3 beds with 2 rooms. With this service I will give them a chance that will stay here again next time.

If you choose this hotel just for sleep, I highly reccomended. The bed is so comfort. But Im not reccomended for senior citizen to stay here because the hotel did not provide lift. You have to climb the stairs ya. Aircond are so damn good. I booked 4 rooms. But please bare in mind, if you choose room with window, you cant get room side by side. Because the window is at the front and back of the hotel.

EV World is honestly trying to improve their services and facilities, to those who are bashing them here. At least try to go to the main counter and get their help. Most of the reviewers here have not approached the hotel staff for assistance at all. In any case - my stay was excellent. Sure you get what you pay for, but the WiFi is a solid 50Mbps connection, the shower works, the airconditioning is good, the bed is clean and soft enough for me to sleep on. What more can one need for RM65/night? The staff were super friendly and attended to all my needs. They even offered to change sheets every 2 days as I stayed for 3 nights. The only thing that probably needs some attention is the breakfast. Its currently a complimentary service from the hotel however it is just some bread, peanut butter, and jam. Coffee and tea is provided. They used to provide nasi lemak and fried bihun/mee every morning however that is no longer the case. If that could be brought back, would be very much appreciated by everyone. For future stayers- they will be upgrading the rooms soon :) new carpets, new wallpapers, redone bathrooms is what I have heard. I am looking forward to my next visit next year :)

Hotel is clean since it just operated for 1 year. Staff is very friendly. The hotel located in front of highway. Mines shopping mall is just few mins of driving distance from the hotel. A lot of foods can be found in the shopping mall. TGV cinema can be found in the shopping mall as well. The hotel also provide clean drinking water outside your room. Dont need to spend extra money to buy mineral water from convenience shop. Hotel also provide microwave for customer if you want to heat up your food. 20mins of driving time to MAEPS conference hall located at serdang. Recommend for couples, small group or for those who having thier graduation ceremony at MAEPS.

The hotel is clean. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is in a good condition. Plenty of eateries nearby. It might be difficult to find a car parking space closer to the hotel so if you're driving, please keep that in mind (although as the front desk staff suggested, more parking space should be available after office hours and you can park your car closer after that). All in all, if you're looking for a cheap hotel to stay in, I'll recommend this place in a heart beat. You'll be getting a good deal of comfort with a low price.

Pros: Fast check in and out. Surrounded by food stalls. 24 hours restaurants. Mcd. Secret Recipe. And other franchise food chains. Watson. Sundry shops. There is a tyre / mechanic shop right behind the hotel. Dobi nearby. BSN and Maybank within walking distance. Parking might be difficult. Room is clean. No supplementary water bottles or cups or glass provided in the room. There is a hot and cold water dispenser and an iron board at the reception area but I hadn't used them. Cons: Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights but my room is not tidied once. The mini shampoo and shower gel tubes are not exchanged with new ones the next day. No toilet papers provided. However it is not much of an issue for me. Thin walls so can hear radio and people talking from outside. But things start to quiet down by 10:30pm. Summary: would recommend.

Since we were driving, it was very conveniently situated. Walking distance to Mine SC and opposites to eateries, sundry shops and 7-11 store. The prices are a little steep for standard and family rooms that were of little walking room spaces. I have been to hotels where the prices are the same but very spacy. The staff are very lenient and patient with English speaking customers whereby they did their best to understand and serve as best as possible. I would be back again when the prices are rated fairly. Thank you for the experience.

Staff was helpful and attentive. Room was small but satisfactory for the price paid although some may describe it as rundown. Towel and drinking water were provided, but no toiletries. No eateries within walking distance and it's not an area to walk around safely. OK for a short one-night transit. The hotel's street name was not in the booking confirmation and the hotel name could not be located by Google Maps nor Grab's app. Coordinates were inaccurate, in an entirely different location. In the end, I had to call the number listed for a landmark.

I stayed at EST Capital for two nights. I got it for about 50% off using Agoda, and at that price it was an absolute bargain. It is a great place to stay because it is clean, has a cozy atmosphere and is decorated tastefully. It is also new. As for the room: the bed was comfortable, the sheets changed every day, the television worked well, the air-conditioner blew ice-cold air, and the bathroom was modern and functioned well. It was small, but for the price paid it was much better than anything else in KL - by far!!! The downsides are: the hotel is about an hour travel from the city center by public transit and the staff were a little rigid in their manner. They were personable and efficient, but things like the 50 ringit deposit and the effort it took to check in left me feeling like I was being monitored as opposed to being welcomed as a guest. That said, overall it is a great place to stay and a good value. If the location suits you, then go for it. Just make sure to explore the transit map first!
