"I had initially booked a room at the Wigwam Resort but my experience there was an absolute nightmare. I was able to easily book a room for the rest of my stay in the Phoenix area at the Glendale/Westgate Hampton Inn and Suites. Even with such short notice. My room there was perfect, the amentities were priceless and the front desk was very helpful, especially the gal that both checked me in an out. If I do make it back to the Glendale area I will definiltey stay here again. Thank you Glendale/Westgate Hampton Inn and Suites for a great stay!"

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was more like a small apartment. It had a kitchen with everything you could need and 2 rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of room for my family and everything was spotless and so comfortable. Excellent pool facilities and wonderful free breakfast. Great location too right next to shopping, restaurants, theaters. We will most definitely use this hotel again. "

"My husband and I moved from Utah to Arizona and we're having some bad luck. Long story short we needed a hotel for a couple nights and the staff there were super helpful in a really stressful situation. The first day I asked for a room well before check in time. My cats were in the car dying of heat and I was almost in tears and the guy at the front desk got me in a room right away no questions asked. (I didn't catch his name) then we were in a situation where we weren't sure if we'd need another night due to circumstances regarding an apartment. So we waited till last minute to extend nights and Katrina at the front desk went out of her way to help us stay in the same room so we didn't have to switch. Her manager Sean helped her help us and he was so freakin nice!! Staff was amazing and that is why I'd stay here again. Thanks everyone!"
