Not so near to train station and market or white cathedral, but if near that place, hotel like this facilities will more expensive. Staffs is good and friendly. Staffs is good and friendly. Breakfast Good, got ham, egg, cheese, variety bread, cereal, cornflakes and others. Room fell hot when no wind, in room got fan dan not enough cool. Outside weather is 20 but the cool cannot come inside room, maybe in Helsinki is cool when winter.. so they design the room for not many ventilation, so cool wind cannot get in room.

Fantastic location, right next to the harbour market, main shopping area and most of the buildings of interest in Helsinki (as well as the train and bus stations). The hotel has 8 floors and we were on the 7th - but despite that we could still hear some noise from street level at night (snow clearing machines). At check-in, the staff were friendly and knowledgable, providing a map and advice on places of interest. Our room was clean and modern. Pros: Great breakfast spread from 7am to 10am. Free wi-fi in the room as well as a cable connection. Little touches, like an ironing board and iron, hair dryer, slippers and robes etc all being provided in the room without having to be asked for. Cons: Our room had a broken sliding bathroom door on check-in. We didn't report it as it looked as if it had been that way for some time. On the second day of our stay, a piece of tape with "do not touch" had been placed over it. The lack of privacy when using the bathroom wasn't a major issue for us, but could have been for other guests I guess. On reporting it on check-out the guy at reception kindly halved our bill! Very generous. The only other minor con was that we were given two cards for the hotel on check-in, but on the first day the cleaning lady took one (out of the slot that controls the electricity in the room) when she came in to leave bottles of water and didn't return it, leaving two guests with one key card between us.

This hotel is very clean. The sauna is very good. The staffs are very kind. The room is comfortable. Especially, shower room is very good. The cleaning survice is very good. The location of this hotel is good. We took the finnair bus from airport to Helsinki. Because the bus stop was in front of this hotel, we could find this hotel easily. Pros : location of hotel is excellent Front desk staff was really good and helpful. Cons: pics in the website is misleading. It is actually a very small hotel. Don’t choose the rooms with no windows. This summer was extremely hot, there was no air conditioning in the room and it was like living in a box.
