very easy to find the hotel, just opposite to hospital kuala lumpur. quite place in the center of a city. monorail station is in short distance and can travel nearly whole kuala lumpur interesting place. check in a bit slow but the service is good and hospitality. room big enough for a couple and comfortable with nice view. a very special buffet,a least for myself---indian buffet, beside international buffet. indian food per se is superb, but other food eg cake, is not nice.

Sunway Putra Hotel is conveniently located in Jalan Putra where at the ground level you can find The Mall, Kuala Lumpur. Starbucks, McDonalds and other restaurants are just few seconds away. Commuting towards the City is very easy since PWTC LRT Station is also a stone throw away from the hotel. Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur is very clean, staff are accomodating, very good facilities and services. They have the best rooms at affordable prices plus a beautiful view of the Petronas tower and KL tower. We were delighted for their superior rooms which was very clean. Definitely will stay with this hotel next time.

I went to the hotel with couple of friends and we really love this hotel as the room was huge and the bathroom was also big. Comfortable to get things done. Plus the location is really strategic in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The breakfast was really nice and worth the price. The room also provides study table which I used to discuss with my friends for the work we are doing.

Reach the hotel quite early as was on a morning flight from India to Kuala Lumpur. Check-in time is 2pm but check-in early need to pay RM5/hour. Overall, the hotel is well located near to the monorail station and kuala lumpur rapid transit station, this give the season traveler a easy and economic transportation to Shopping area like Sugei Wang or times square or hard rock cafe within 20 mins. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful eg when I asked for instructions to go to Petaling Street, I was told to take the star line and stop at a particular station. The room was clean & nice. They put me on a nonsmoking floor, which I appreciated very much. The hotel has convenient transport facilities, being near to the monorail and LRT. The room price was reasonable. I would certainly recommend the hotel to friends.

Fantastic hotel and great value for money. Our stay from start to finish was brilliant. The staff couldn't of been anymore helpful or friendly. Best front desk staff we have ever encountered anywhere in the world. Location was fantastic with many things at a close proximity and easy for trains etc for traveling further. Room was big, clean with a magnificent view of the twin towers and city. Thank you to all. We will definitely staying there when next in Kuala Lumpur.

Pros : - Room clean, new and comfortable as well. - They provide water heater and iron each level on that floor. So, can drink hot and cold water all the time. I like this... :-D Bonus : The rooftop view is awesome!!! Cons : - Room is not sound prove. I can hear my neighbor talking and laughing very loud from my room. - The staff talking a bit laud outside the room when ever they pass the my room. Feel a bit disturb for someone wants to have a rest. Overall, price super cheap for the hotel like that in kuala lumpur and good service specially the counter staff lady. served customer with smile and profesional.

A nice hotel situated at the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The breakfast buffet was acceptable and not bad. The price I considered as cheap. Only RM158 for a room with 3 single beds and breakfast was included. The staffs were helpful. Only the view was not so good because the hotel is at Jalan Haji Taib area but for me it was ok since we just stayed there for one night and we were not at the hotel during daytime.

Felt more like a 3 star hotel. Walking distance from Sultan Ismail LRT. but a little hidden. Wish the staffs at the reception could be more friendly and cheerful. Almost twice it happened that the staff blurted that the hotel is fully booked before i even started clarifying my situation. The staffs at swimming pool level were extremely friendly though, me and my partner requested towels for bath as we had to attend a cosplay convention at PWTC at 10am and there was no room available for early check in, the swimming pool/breakfast staffs delightfully borrowed us two towels, an accommodating attitude worth praising. We only checked in at 9.30pm on the day due to our busy schedule but it was a good sleep. Room was clean, beware that no toothbrush or toothpaste supplied, no telephone in the room, something is making the room not cold despite the air from aircon is slightly cold. Also wish the spa and massage centre looks more professional and legit , we did not try it due to first impression of the atmosphere. Overall comfortable stay, felt that price is a little on the high side and many things could be improved :)

Apart from a few small cockroaches I have seen in the bathroom , my room was nice l Large with comfortable beds .The TV only had free Malaysia channels -2 of them blur...When I asked at reception a few minute later someone came up and fixed the problem . Wifi was VERY good . Drinking water was provided .For additional hot and cold drinking water there was a dispenser. Eating in the area is good and cheap-try the big hotel across the road .The Free GOKL buses stop 50 meters away from the hotel-Monorail 5 minutes walk For the price I paid -a bargain :-D

Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur offered us convenient stay relatively close to the city center. Our first room on 6th floor could've been taken better care by room cleaner the room was handed to us – we didn't find this an issue though as we requested a room change after couple of nights due to very loud families on the same floor, next to our rooms. The staff handled this situation with total respect and very professionally – we got a new room the next day from the 8th floor. Little bit bigger, therefore better for us and it was completely clean as well. Great service! The South tower has very lovely rooftop bar with relatively high prices (partially even higher than on rooftop bar in Marini's on 57 – luxury bar with dress code and very valuable location) but more than acceptable pool facilities that we enjoyed of quite a few times. The breakfast served downstairs in the North tower was very unimpressive with lot of deep fried foods lacking the fresh options.

the best value for money in chow kit. stayed here for 4 weeks due to placement at kuala lumpur hospital close by. friendly/helpful staff (reception, management, door-men and security). good facilities in room (fast internet, strong air con, mini fridge, hot water, daily bottled water, tv), pleasant room with good decor. close to monorail station (1 minute walk). we even booked a day short by mistake and they did not charge extra whilst our luggage was stored at the hotel reception good to get room on higher levels (3 and 4) as chow kit can be noisy at night (however that is normal for Kuala Lumpur).

I came for my husband's appointment at IJN, but at the same time I reaaly enjoy staying here with my children and the rooftop pool was awesome. Reaaly nice view. The wiew you really want when you stay at Kuala Lumpur. Awesome. Thanks to staff-for their efficient job (myKey), they also upgraded my room and my children was really happy because they have very large bathroom with bath tub.

As per I book from Agoda and when check in to the room is totally different. when we request back the room we book through Agoda and the staff told us we book the room they don't have. After that we open their company website and show to the staff there to verify again. And the staff tell us the same thing even the official website room also not available in the hotel and we like huh ??? huh ??? huh??? this is the official website we open to you is under your company... we don't let you go through Agoda picture also ... come on ... don't cheat customer please !!!after that the staff let us to visit all the room and then we found the room we want and same as the picture in the Agoda. and then thing happen we need to 'TOP up' !!! What the ... And we have made a police report ... Because we feel like been cheated from this hotel ...

Pro: walkable to HKL, about 10min walk (ive got 2 weeks attachment at hkl), near to train station (LRT, Monorail), near to supermarket, good customer service, the toilet was very clean! Cons: small room, iron & hair dryer will be provided upon request, morning a bit noisy, no lift (luckily the staff was very helpful to pick up my huge luggage), a bit dodgy surrounding. Overall my stay at this hotel was pleasant... please keep up the good condition of the room!

breakfast was great... room could use a bit of renovation, especially washroom as the bathtub and toilet a bit rusty. Air conditioner not working great but they would arrange for different room if you complaint. Hotel free parking space is limited and always occupied with their own lorry. However the location is great and within walking distance to Hospital Kuala Lumpur if you need to take care of your family member, food is easily available outside of hotel.
