We extended our stay via Agoda having already booked a week here we liked it to much. The reception was breathtaking and just walking around made you feel as though you have entered luxury. Our room was newly refurbished and overlooked the waterfall. We thought the noise of the water would keep us awake, little did we know it went off and on on a timer! We thought the noise of the water would keep us awake, little did we know it went off and on on a timer! The rooms were clean with ample toiletries and refreshment. We ate in all the restaurants. The Japanese and Chinese were perhaps a little overpriced but the Japanese was a lovely experience with the waitress more than happy to explain what everything was. The warm sake was delicious. Carousel was buffet style but we ate off the a la carte. Lots os choice. Sagar was our special meal and the one which my boyfriend says was the best meal of the 5 month trip. Fabulous. The shuttle to KL does not get there early enough to get tickets for the Petronas Towers but is an ideal way of travelling to the city easily. The shuttle to the Mines Shopping Centre needs to be booked at reception and provides alternative eateries. We took the boat shuttle for the experience and was not disappointed. I have recommended this hotel to everyone since I have returned home. Cannot wait to go again.

I had searched a room for family, then I found this hotel which offered the lower price after discount. The room was the same as the pictures provided. The staffs were quite helpful. We arrived early around 7am during the check in day, the staff said we can only check in to our room at 2pm. For your information, we need to pay RM100 for deposit. She suggested us to stay in a room for a while before we could do the check in to our room at 12pm. We had paid about RM60 for staying in that room. The rate was RM15 per hour. I thinked it was affordable. The thing that I liked about this hotel, it was near to Sg Besi train station and it was easy to find foods when you went around the hotel. Unfortunately, the room that we stayed had a problem with the aircond. The room still felt not cold even I had set the aircond to the min temperature. Other than that, it was fine.

If you are going to Putrajaya or near Serdang it is ok to stay here. Mine shopping is nearby. The hotel is ok even though the room is allowed to smoke in the room (Don't like the smell inside We bring our own air freshener spray) Heater is fully functioning! We don't know why they put TV when we can't watch!. Advice don't stay in the room. We went there just to sleep. We bring our own pillow sleep well like baby.. hahaha. Parking Yes easy Public transport then you got a problem unless you try GRAB Car. If you want to go around you need your own transport, easier. Overall we are satisfied for the entire nite there. Going to stay there if we are in that area.

Hotel is clean since it just operated for 1 year. Staff is very friendly. The hotel located in front of highway. Mines shopping mall is just few mins of driving distance from the hotel. A great places to stay. Not too hard to find the location and this hotel got a lot of stalls, restaurants, shop nearby so it doesnt feel sunyi especially for a girl who decided to stay at this hotel. The room was okay for me not too big or small either. The bedsheets, pillows, tv, floor, door, bathroom are all okay and satisfy me. And it has iron also outside of the ro...A great places to stay. Since we were driving, it was very conveniently situated. Walking distance to Mine SC and opposites to eateries, sundry shops and 7-11 store. The prices are a little steep for standard and family rooms that were of little walking room spaces. I have been to hotels where the prices are the same but very spacy. Staff was helpful and attentive. Room was small but satisfactory for the price paid although some may describe it as rundown. Towel and drinking water were provided, but no toiletries. No eateries within walking distance and it's not an area to walk around safely. OK for a short one-night transit. I stayed at EST Capital for two nights. I got it for about 50% off using Agoda, and at that price it was an absolute bargain. It is a great place to stay because it is clean, has a cozy atmosphere and is decorated tastefully. It is also new. As for the room: the bed was comfortable, the sheets changed every day, the television worked well, the air-conditioner blew ice...I stayed at EST Capital for two nights. It was small, but for the price paid it was much better than anything else in KL - by far!!! The downsides are: the hotel is about an hour travel from the city center by public transit and the staff were a little rigid in their manner. They were personable and efficient, but things like the 50 ringit deposit and the effort it took to check in left me feeling like I was being monitored as opposed to being welcomed as a guest. That said, overall it is a great place to stay and a good value. If the location suits you, then go for it. Just make sure to explore the transit map first!
