I stayed 5 nights at Claremont Hotel on last October with my wife. The room was comfortable. They have security locker system which was very helpful to me. Hotel Location is very good. The most wanted place for shopping "'Mustofa Centre"" is just opposite of the road. Claremont Hotel can be a good option for the travelers who want to stay near Little India within bud...I stayed 5 nights at Claremont Hotel on last October with my wife. The room was comfortable. Claremont Hotel can be a good option for the travelers who want to stay near Little India within budget. They include free breakfast which is rare on this area at similar rent level. A very important issue is MRT Station, which is very closer to the hotel. I reserved my room at Agoda.com. Because without confirmed reservation room rent is higher and expensive for me. Thanks to Agoda to make it affordable.

Towels are provided directly at entrance to the pool, on the same floor you will find a well equipped gym. Another advantage is the location in Little India just between the famous Mustafa centre on the one, and Square Mall on the other hand. Via close by Farrer Park MR...This is a well managed hotel with huge clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and a nice pool area. Via close by Farrer Park MRT station (or one of the bus stations or taxi of course) other parts of the city can be easily reached, making this hotel suitable for business travellers as well as tourists. In comparison to other hotels I have visited/stayed before in Singapore, Parkroyal offers in my opinion a much better quality/price ratio.

I enjoyed my time in this hotel, especially the swimming pool, gym and location (in Little India, MRT station is just under the hotel and through air-conditioned underground tunnel you can go the City Shopping Mall). Maybe they had problem with staffing that morning because it looked like there were only two elderly women trying to clean all the tables and they could not do everything at once.

Double glazed window with great sound insulation from the noise outside! Love it. Huge LED screen in room with smart tv and remote control for the room facilities. Free wifi connection although there were moments the connection dropped and was stucked.Bathroom is wheelchair friendly but also makes it a design flaw with water splashing and spilling all over the bathroom. Toilet seat has a bidet wash seat, doing away from the regular bidet but is already showing signs of wear and tear. Bathroom lacked ventilation fan which resulted in moulding at the bathroom ceiling. Free minibar Pringles nuts and gummies with illy coffee machine and twg tea. Room has motorized sensor roller blind for complete blackout for a good night sleep. Room is quiet with no disturbing ambient noise - unlike other hotels. Staff were generally friendly and respectful and service prompt. Breakfast spread is reasonable in its selection and presentation of the buffet is classy. Love the yoghurt and the juices selection. The sunny side up prepared by the girls on duty were 5 star! Coffee prepared in bodum French press. Overall 4.8 stars for me. Highly recommended hotel.

The room is quite spacious (for Singapore size), very very clean, and the bed is so comfortable. I consider it a gem as the price is very affordable. Water bottles r not provided but there's a tap outside da room with hot&cold water. The location is excellent. Less than 400m to Mustafa. Abt 5 min walk 2 Farrer Park MRT which enables u 2 reach Universal Studio, Sentosa. Close 2 Little India MRT so u can travel 2 Gardens by the Bay easily. There r plenty of food options around. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is just a few steps away from Farrer Park MRT and Sri Perumal Bus Stations. The 24-hour Mustafa Center, Money Changer, and Chinese/Indian Restaurants are also very near so you won't get hungry even when late at night. If you have Asian food cravings, the Food Republic food court can alse be found at the City Center Mall across the street. The location is also just a few MRT stations from key places such as Bugis junction, Chinatown, Little India, Clarke Quay and Bayfront so you don't spend too much time commuting. The only suggestion i have is i hope that guests could control the air-conditioning because when we first came (a Monday), it was a bit hot. Then when the long weekend came, the central A/C became colder. I assume that they tend to increase the A/C when there are more guests, but it'd be better if we can control our temp preferences. Nevertheless, our stay was PERFECT! We will definitely recommend this place to other tourists and we'll surely book this hotel again when we go back to Singapore! :)

However, I only recommend this hotel for solo traveller/couples who are going to stay for not more than 5 days. If you have a big luggage, it's quite hard to find space for your things.

Some are even opened 24 hrs. As a business traveler, the hotel is near to some good Indian restaurants and convenience shops, plus 10 minutes walk to 24 Hrs Mustaffa shopping center. Hotel shower is the best. The water pressure is simply awesome. With regards to the hotel staffs, they are able to speak English rather well. Even the front desk person allowed 1 hr complimentary late check out without hassle. The only thing they need to improve is on late check in time at 3pm, could improve on it. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and recommend those with couple, business traveler & families to consider this hotel. (Thank you)

I would definitely recommend booking to stay here, having been to Singapore many times on business and normally staying in the CBD area this was a welcomed change. Perfectly located for Visiting Marina Bay Sands, Garden on the Bay and also Santosa Island or Bugis. The only negative to this hotel was that from my room on the 3rd floor I could hear load music playing from a bar outside until 3am. This didn't stop me sleeping and I would still chose to stay here again when taking everything else into consideration. I booked room only and would recommend doing this, there is a hawker stall just behind the hotel and there are loads of amazing places for brunch around Singapore. A good choice for budget hotel in Singapore.

This place is near two malls - City Square (if I remember it correctly) and the well known Mustafa Mall. It is 7-10 minute walk to Farrer Station nd since this is located in Little India population there are more on Indian Singapore locals. Hotel room is spacious but we had some problem with our cable tv. Staff is really friendly that since we were having problem with our tv he left us the key to another room so we can transfer there anytime we want to but ended up staying in the room. They have a strong hot nd cold shower there. Overall my stay is good. Thanks for the one day accommodation before our scheduled cruise the next day.

This hotel seems fairly new. Rooms are small but if you are out sightseeing all day this doesn't matter. Staff were very helpful giving us advice on local restaurants (little India has some great restaurants), which areas of Singapore to visit and even looked up postal rates for us to send things bak to uk. Fridge in main lobby where you can help yourself to water and free soft drinks. Amazingly soft comfortable bed. Lovely continental style breakfast. Only 10 mins walk to little India MRT station which gets you everywhere in the city. The only downside was that our room was underneath the swimming pool. The skylights looking in to the pool were very cool, but the light shone through all night. Also there is a nightclub next door which was pretty loud. But we managed to sleep though the noise so it was fine. Definitely great value for money in an expensive city.

Comfort room is small, but for me its just right. Faucet is leaking but it will not harm you. Staff is very accomodating. They have complimentary bottled water and coffee sachet which you need to collect in the front desk everyday. They have hair blower and electric kettle in the room. If you want your room to be cleaned, you need to request it everyday in the front desk or they will not clean it. Over all recommended hotel.

Lots shops like souvenir shops, restaurants & eateries etc are open late into the night & you would find lots of people out on the roads into the wee hours of the night (2am - 3 am). 3.Value for money rooms : The room size is decent in comparison to similar priced rooms in the surrounding and you could get a room with a window for the price of non window rooms of other hotels in the locality. The bed is comfortable for two adults and a child. The room also has sufficient space to keep 2-3 bags without any issue. 4. Clean Rooms Con Tiny Bathroom
