I loved my stay here. As a solo traveler, coming to Finland can be intimidating due to the expensive nature of this part of the world. Hotel Helka is a fantastic value. Good things: - Very friendly staff, willing to answer questions and help you with your visit - Clean, bright rooms - 15 minute leisurely walk to train station, ten if moving along - Less than 10 minute ...I loved my stay here. Why come to Finland and not have a sauna?? - Finally, a fantastic buffet style breakfast in a chic, clean, bright eating area Would definitely stay here again!

When we booked we didn't think that breakfast was included but apparently it is for all guests. It is one of the best European breakfasts we've seen and we've seen more than our fair share. Close to major transportation hubs and shopping centers (i.e. the hotel is right next to Kamppi shopping mall).
