We are so happy that we chose to spend 5 night a brand new Yotel. *The staff- Very polite caring and helpful. (the best staff we ever had in a hotel) They helped us with planning, adjusted for us the menu to our vegan twists, even cheak and printed for us information about an event in the city! *The location - Perfect location very close to ION mall and MRT station....We are so happy that we chose to spend 5 night a brand new Yotel. *The staff- Very polite caring and helpful. (the best staff we ever had in a hotel) They helped us with planning, adjusted for us the menu to our vegan twists, even cheak and printed for us information about an event in the city! *The location - Perfect location very close to ION mall and MRT station. we mostly used buses. it is nicer to see the city this way (bus stop is even closer and located in front of Thailand embassy) we also liked the hotel located on the beginning of Orchard street. it is very easy to take a bus to see all the street. Since it's a one way street you can get out each time in the stop you like. * The room - small as most rooms in Singapore hotels but designed very smart and functional! we felt like in a space-ship with cool view on the city skyline. * facilities - 10th floor is Amazing! the gym is very good and new! The restaurant is amazing with very good prices. We got a 50% discount for breakfast for choosing to eat only fruits and veges in the morning :) kitchen is open till 22:30 and we used to get nice evening vegan fruit and veges salad that was adjusted for us! Taxis are easy to come by and a number of buses along Orchard Road. The room itself is clean and well maintained with staff polite and attentive. Facilities are good with everything a traveler needs. Cupboard could do with a few more coat hangers but this was quickly resolved by the staff. We liked it so much we booked a few more nights and will return to stay on our next visit.

The service was exemplary from check-in/out; the concierge desk was efficient and friendly, and the Premier Lounge staff were great. Pay the extra few $$ and book a Premier Room – you'll get access to the Premier Lounge – breakfast, all day coffee/tea/snacks, evening drinks, speedy check-in/out and the Premier Rooms are more top floor, spacious and beautifully decorated. Despite no "view", the location makes up for it. Located above a shopping mall (everything from shoes to a food-hall/hawkers stands), the Concorde is an easy one block walk to Dhouby Ghaut MRT station, with taxis at the front door. Five mins walk up Orchard Rd and you're in the thick of shopping & fod heaven – from typical hawkers stands to 5 star gourmet dining. The Tour Desk in the lobby is linked to one of the large local travel companies - the staff are helpful and efficient and you can buy tickets to attractions (e.g. Singapore Zoo, Universal Studios etc) cheaper than at the destinations themselves. The free Universal Studios shuttle bus stops at the hotel on the half hour, and the Singapore Attractions Express Bus will cost you only $S5 (adult) each way to the zoo ... sure beats the cab fare. The hotel's restaurant is first class (and very reasonably priced) - popular with local diners as well as hotel guests. All in all - a great Singapore hotel option!!

This road has multiple bus stops. Get yourself a 3-days Singapore Tourist Pass for unlimited trips to MRT & Public busses. Both have a/c so thats a relieve in 35C temp during the day. The hotel has a Tour Desk where as i suggest using Klook app to book at activities ranging from Universal Studio, Sentosa fun pass, Zoo, Night Safari, Gardens by the bay, bird sanctuary etc. This way you will not need to stand in ticket lines. Just book and show the online receipt to the gate keepers who will let you in :) do visit asian museum on Raffles stop, Fullerton road for Merlion. Good quality shopping is available at Bugis Junction (Bugis stop via MRT and exit towards Bugis Junction). Do not goto Little India, its very dirty and a mall there with the name of Al Mustafa Center (although cheap) but has terrible / poor quality products. You will be disappointed. Visit East Coast bay near Marina bays for a quite beach spot. Good for camping. On your way out to Airport, book a taxi via Grab Ap and it will cost you a max of $17 SGD till terminal 4 airport. Upon arrival, get a $15 SGD sim from Klook app It will give you 100GB worth 4G internet And free calls to last you easily 8-10 days even. Pick up point at Cheers store on level 2. Anyway, the room is of normal size, but not much space to put 2 large-sized luggages. The room is reasonably comfortable and clean, but the toilet floor was not cleaned properly. Air-conditioner was working fine, but sometimes either a bit too cold or a bit too warm. Couldn't really adjust the temperature to be just right. Maybe it was the room decor/style/colour, the room could appear a little bit old. But actually the hotel was pretty new. Sometimes not enough hot water. Location is great though - right in the heart of Orchard. About 5 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station as the hotel is practically just above the MRT station. There are many shopping centres around with a lot of different types of restaurants and eateries around. In-room dining was pretty good. Things which could be better: The bed and pillows are too soft for me. The hotel lobby is on 10th floor of a shopping mall Orchardgateway, so you need to take the lift to 10th floor first, then take another lift to get to your hotel room. Kind of troublesome. Besides, you need to wait for a very long time for the lift.

We stayed for a week and found this to be a great location in the Orchard precinct. Close to all the shops, with Orchard MRT station a short walk from the hotel. An abundance of food choices at excellent prices. So many food halls nearby. Pool and gym facilities are great. Fast check-in and check-out (we were allowed to check-in early) :) The soft and firm pillows options made me sleep rather comfortably during my stay.

The room service food was not good, pricy, as it is in Singapore we wold think that the qualtiy of room service in a 5 star hotel would be really good, but no. Wilbur, our personal butler, was all smiles when introducing the room stuffs to us. 6pm everyday, there is an art tour. The senior butler Prasad is quite interesting and very unassuming. His knowledge is good and he is very nice to help us take pictures. We had dinner at Brasserie Les Saveurs, taking their Semi-buffet dinner. Their Prime Rib is MAGNIFICENT! And if you are not a fan of medium rare, they can recook abit more for you as well. Wonderful service! Their semi buffet spread is really good!!!!!! Just try it urself! Breakfast spread is one of the best I have ever seen. And they have a special order menu for lobster omelette. Don't leave it out! Of course with their wonderful service, they extended checkout time to 2pm for us. All in all, nothing to complain, a MUST STAY!

For some it was a 5-minute walk but with three kids in tow, it felt like a 10-15 minute walk! But it was sure well worth the adventure so my kids didn’t mind at all. We took the MRT stationed at ION – which was supposedly the nearest station. For emergency stuff, Tanglin Mall/Place was just beside the hotel. They had a grocery and pharmacy. The shops there were more of specialty shop though – I thought they were kind of pricey and not much to see and buy. So many good memories. My kids and I will definitely stay in this hotel when we visit Singapore again. The way my kids are raving about the place, I guess it won’t be long…

It also had a small dipping pool that complement the overall aesthetic of the hotel. It is strategically located between Somerset and Dhoby Ghaut MRT stations, both approximately 10 minutes walk from Lloyd's Inn, which houses well-known shopping places like 313 Somerset and Plaza Singapura and also, many restaurants and cafes for both locals and tourists, ranging from normal coffeeshop to high end delicacies. My girlfriend and I were given a complimentary upgrade to The Patio room, and were taken aback by their generosity. The room was much larger than expected and even had an outdoor bathroom (don't worry, it's covered from outside view). The bed was neither too soft nor too hard, and provided us with a good night sleep. We were initially concerned about insects mentioned in some reviews, but didn't faced any during our stay. As for breakfast, we were given complimentary tickets and chose Killiney Kopitiam (Kaya/French Toast with Soft-Boiled Egg and Coffee/Tea) over Freshly Baked (American Breakfast with $7 top-up). All in all, we love how detailed the room was designed and it really made us, as Singaporeans, feel that we are overseas! A shoutout to all their staffs for making our 3rd year anniversary a memorable and unforgettable one. Will definitely visit again!

I think what clinched the stay for me and my friend is the buffet breakfast. The spread was relatively simple but had enough variety to cater to preferences, whether Asian, continental or American. The double room is not as small as another place I've stayed in. It is also well equipped and comes with a mini fridge, hair dryer and even a safe. Location is also good to the nearest MRT station. Come to think of it, it was also quiet. Maybe that's because ours was a windowless room which is fine for one night. I'd come back.

To all pinoys out there this is value for money. From Changi Airport Terminal 2 to the Hotel I rode a Chrysler Taxi, I paid $35.. Just want to experience that kind of taxi ☺️. The hotel is very near from orchard MRT station, it only takes 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the station. If you wanna take, the bus station is just in front of the hotel. So, beside getting a warmth welcome, we also had a great lunch at black angus restaurant inside the hotel. Just Fantastic !
