This was my first stay in Hotel Masai Utama. We came on the 13th October as Early at 10am and we are so happy to ger a warm welcoming friendly reception staff there.. The happiest things, eventhough we came early, All our 4 rooms is ready for us to check in and have an early check in..Their Staff was so helpful, accomadating and always smiling.. Even when we have our breakfast the staff at the cafe was very friendly and always smiling... 3-5 mins Drive to Kip Mart, we can get many foods there,not to worry about being hungry... Great Staffs really make our stayed just at home !!!!

We booked a room in the very morning of April 30th, at before 11:00 AM, and paid for an Executive Suite to Agoda.com When we reached the hotel, at around 6:00 PM, we were told by a trainee staff that they have actually terminated their contract with Agoda.com and that very day is the last day they are with Agoda.com. She claims that they do not understand why Agoda.com...We booked a room in the very morning of April 30th, at before 11:00 AM, and paid for an Executive Suite to Agoda.com When we reached the hotel, at around 6:00 PM, we were told by a trainee staff that they have actually terminated their contract with Agoda.com and that very day is the last day they are with Agoda.com. She claims that they do not understand why Agoda.com still list their hotel in Agoda.com's website (surprisingly, it's still listed right now). The reason she said that is because the Executive Suite (which comes with 2 Queen-sized bed) is not available for Agoda's customer (even though we've already paid for it), and in return, they offered us either 2 rooms with a Queen-sized bed each, or get a downgrade with the Superior Suite (1 Queen + 1 Single). As we are travelling with my kid, we took the Superior Suite and just need a place to rest and have our dinner. The hotel staff then tell me to get the cost difference of around RM$40 from Agoda. When we returned home, I made a call to Agoda, and was talked to by a not that courteous guy, and he told me that this is a serious breach of contract between the hotel and Agoda. I tried to explain to him what's happening, but he's more interested into complaining about the hotel instead. When I asked the guy from Agoda about the refund or whatsoever, he told me they'll investigate and appropriate actions will be taken. It's been over a week and I'm still waiting .... Anyway, the hotel room is clean and convenient, but the breakfast is just awful. There is WiFi connection in the lobby and in the room, but the fact is the one in the lobby is working fine, the one in the lobby hardly connects you to the Internet. So, if you are thinking about putting on your pyjamas and surf the web, you will be disappointed. And to Agoda.com ... I'm still waiting for the refund ...

I've booked 3 rooms for my company staffs, among that have 1 room experinced a girl knocking the door room in the middle of the night asking whether u need 'service'. Hotel is easily accessible from the Highway. A general view of the hotel gives a posh look as it is very well presented. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious, furniture are rather new and well maintained. Wall, walkway and rooms are very clean and reflects the name of the hotel well.
