1. Strategic location which you can access Sky Avenue easily.
2. Hassle free check-in and check-out thru self-service kiosk.
3. Staff are friendly and helpful.
4. Room are clean and tidy.
5. There is hot water and cold water dispenser near the lift bay so you can refill your empty bottles.
Cons
1. Eventhough you stay in the hotel, you also have to pay for parking. Weekday max. RM12, weekend max RM18.
2. Everything here you have to pay, e.g. Room Floor, View, etc. In other word, even you already book thru Agoda, any special request will be charged accordingly.
Anyway, it is suitable for short vacation."

"I believe that Crockfords is only the best hotel in Genting. The front desk is very effective, and friendly which makes our check-in and check-out smooth. The bedroom is very cozy with comfortable bed and great bathroom! The window is very thick and strong enough to protect us from the cold wind and freezing temperature in the evening. The location of the Hotel is very close to the theme park , which saves us energy and money for entering the shopping and eating places. But, if you ask me whether there's any default, I'll say that the breakfast is not quite nice without many choices, but can be understood under this epidemic condition. "

"My kids enjoyed the sixers rooms - its modern and clean. Thought it would be small, but its not. We can fit 6 people comfortably. Our room was facing the front, open the windows to enjoy the cool air ! Only issue is there is no connecting to Sky Avenue or anywhere else. Have to walk outdoor unshaded for a short walk. However the concierge were very kind to lend us umbrella. Near to Arena of Stars and Sky Avenue. Breakfast options are far walk but its ok cant complain because the room comes with breakfast voucher. We enjoyed breakfast at JOM Makan, nasi lemak and roti canai. Check in queue is very long though."

"This hotel is strategic location if you intend to bring your kids to some indoor arcade (located in between Maxim Hotel and Sky Avenue). Overall stay is pleasant, preferably to stay high floor to have better morning view. "

"This is our 2nd time staying here. I prefer to stay here instead of First World Hotel because the room is bigger, the hotel is less crowded, overall it's more comfortable. Ample parking space available too.
Price is reasonable especially if you stay on weekdays or book earlier.
Very easy to walk from Resort Hotel to Sky Avenue Complex because it's connected so it's up to you to walk via indoor or outdoor.
The room is very spacious. Basic hotel amenities are provided, electric kettle, cofee, tea, cups, shampoo/shower gel/soap is the same (3in1).
Room also has iron and ironing board.
Room tip: Request for mountain view for a beautiful view of the mountains, outdoor theme park and cable car.
We were lucky that both of our stays we got the corner room which has 2 windows so we get to see more beautiful view outside and more cold Genting wind can come into the room.
Please be aware that there is a charge of RM5 per room if you want to check-in before 3pm."

"Arrived Hotel early (10am), walked around Sky Avennue. Check-in supposed to be 11am but PIC only arrive 1130am. She brought us to do M/C check-in which requires IC.
Check in took 10mins, stayed on 15 floor with good view of outdoor theme park. Unfortunately cannot open window (alot of cooking smell).
Room has no A/C, only has fan. When cannot open window, room can get abit stuffy.
Hotel is near everything. Very convenient.
Room is basic but clean.
Will book again for future visit to Genting."

Is great to staying at Grand Hotel ... but bit far frm sky avenue ... u have to walk nearly to 20min to there... and 25min to first world. Room was very clean and cozy! But extra bed charges was expensive per night is RM200/- .
