Breakfast was included in the rate, it was really great, the best I've ever tried. We arrived early about 11 a.m. and the administrator checked us in without any problems. We had some problems with our room TV and the administrator moved us to another room which was nearby very quickly. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Helsinki.
