Find hotels in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands

I have stayed in Singapore before, but this was the first time at Marina Bay Sands. The cost of the room was a bit more than I comfortable paying, but I stayed for two days for one reason: to enjoy the Infinity Pool at the Sky Park, some 57 stories over the skyline of Singapore. I am not a typical pool person. Most stays at hotels with pools, I never make it to the pool. However, the pool at Marina Bay Sands has to be seen and experienced to believe. I did not take advantage of the many benefits at Marina Bay Sands because I was up at the pool. To get an idea of the wonder of it, do a YouTube search on the Infinity Pool at Marina Bay Sands. The videos give you a good idea of how great it is. It is hard to believe that there is a hotel pool in the world better than this. The pool made my two days worth every penny. Aside from the pool, the staff was very helpful and assisted me with grace and ease.

(1) The check-in service at the 4th floor lobby was superb - very helpful and friendly. (2) The room was big and very clean. (3) The food offerings at the Aquamarine and Atrium was superbly delicious. (4) What needs to be fixed, however, are some bathroom fixtures inside the rooms: the vanity mirror attached seems loose which will likely break very soon, the glass shelf on the shower area is not level (where shampoos and soaps will slip and fall especially when water coming from the shower head sprays water on it), the shower head is hard to place at an angle you desire, and the toilet seat is a bit misaligned. Besides this, the room is still good. (5) The hotel has a good location wherein it links to the Marina Square Mall, easily accessible to Esplanade, just 25 minutes walk to Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay. Overall, the hotel gives a very good stay experience at Singapore. We will surely want to come back to this hotel when visiting Singapore again.

a colleague of mine recommended i stay at the fullerton, so my husband and i booked a weekend stay here during a quick getaway to singapore. we had previously stayed at the shangri-la and marina bay sands, and really enjoyed both hotels. when we arrived at the fullerton, i was immediately impressed by the location of the hotel. it sits between marina bay (across the street from merlion park) and the singapore river / asian civilizations museum. the check in process was smooth, so we dropped our bags and walked along the river, stopping for tapas along the water. we then decided to hit the pool, which over looks the river. i've never been swimming so close to skyscrapers! it was quite peaceful. after our relaxing swim, we walked over to lau pa sat (10 min walk) for some good hawker food. then, back along the bay to see the merlion and watch the light show at marina bay sands. why am i detailing our itinerary? i couldn't believe how easily we hit the ground running in singapore. the only thing we're not close to is the shopping malls on orchard rd. we will go to the shoppes at marina bay sands instead. for the business traveler, this hotel is very close to the financial district. the ambiance and amenities are fantastic. i loved the high ceiling in my room. had a good night sleep - really good bed!

The service in the hotel was absoulutely superb. From the moment we arrived our every need was catered for. The executive lounge is lovely and well worth the extra for the upgrade.The lounge staff noticed us one evening planning a trip to the Singapore Zoo and asked if they could help.... within minutes they had arranged a booking for my daughter and i,transportation, a wake-up call, and on our return called our room to make sure we,d had a good time and that everything had gone as planned. We are frequent visitors to Singapore and will always endever to stay here whenever possible.It beats the pants off the likes of the Swisshotel and the Marina Bay Sands in all respects

I was so glad that I booked this marina bay view room. It exceeded my expectations and I believe it had the best view of Singapore with the Marina, overlooking the Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands Hotel, the lotus shaped theatre, floating stadium, Philip Cox designed doube helix bridge, city in general. The room was very spacious with a magnificent bathtub with exquisite views. I would stay here again for sure.

I was staying in Marina bay sands hotel the night before i went to fullerton bay hotel, and honestly, MBS is nothing compared to the beautiful fullerton bay! The first thing which greets you when you enter the hotel is a feeling of classy comfort. truly amazing architecture that is restored to its old yet glorious beauty. i stayed at the bay view hotel and the view was simply breath taking. it somehow reminded me of how far the island of singapore has come in just a few short decades. the morning mists upon the water is gorgous and the view of marina bay sands makes it look like its just better standing at fullerton bay looking at it rather than staying in marina bay sands hotel itself! beautiful. the most important part is, the service is flawless and amazingly excellent. Never seen staff put in such a conscious effort to make every single detail matter to increase your comfort and stay in the hotel.

We stayed in a Deluxe room which was very comfortable and had excellent free Wifi, a desk with ergo chair and a large LCD TV with views overlooking the Raffles hotel. Looking back at out stay, I would have liked to stayed in the executive club rooms due to the inclusions there such as free drinks and the high cost of alcoholic beverages in Singapore inside and outside the hotel. (double the price of Australia). The hotel provided very superior customer service with excellent staff who were very helpful. The hotel is connected to a mall which enables you to walk to Raffles and into Singapore without the need of a taxi. We enjoyed the Pool and recreational areas in the hotel. The Pool is excellent with underwater music! and compimentary bottled water. We had dinner one night at the Chinese restaurant on the top floor which was fabulous and had spectatular views over singapore (not as good as from Ku De Ta at Marina bay sands though). For Fitness lovers, the gym at the Pan Pacific is excellent and very well equipped with a trainer on standby. All in all, We had a 5 star experience and would definately come back on our next stay in Singapore.
