One of the Best Hotel in Hua Hin”

Our family have been to Hua Hin at least twice a year in the last decade. So we have a lot of experience for the difference hotel in Hua Hin. This is the first time we ever come to Hua Hin Marriott Resort and Spa. I have to say that this is exceed our expectation. The hotel is very new with a fantastic swimming pool. I haven't seen the swimming pool this size (and a lot of complex design) inside the hotel before. The room is quite spacious. The breakfast is full of variety of selection from everywhere. And above all, the service is really fantastic from the front desk, security guard (especially the one at the sea gate), and room service. So far, we haven't tried lunch and dinner there yet, but we will definitely be back there to test it for sure.

The best hotel in Hua Hin”

My wife and I would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for the service and care we received at Hua Hin Marriott Resort and Spa from 21 - 23 October 2020. I took my wife on our first vacation in months after Covid 19 Pandemic. Your staff did not disappoint us. Every staff member with whom we came in contact was very attentive and kind especially Sarah in front office and the bellman we did not get the name. We have already decided to return to your lovely resort for our next vacation, which will be next year. We had a wonderful two-night vacation, and we have recommended Hua Hin Marriott Resort and Spa to all of our friends and family. Thank you again for such outstanding service.

Excellent”

we are returning visitors to the hotel. We always love coming back to Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa. However, this trip was a bit disppointed. We booked three rooms which two of them were pool access. We were informed when checking in that for the pool access connecting rooms we can check out late at 2pm. At the checking out day, we were called from the front desk at almost 1pm asking whether we check out today or not. I said yes we are, at 2pm as agreed. The front desk then told us that this was impossible, no record of late check out offered. Then, the front desk asked us to check out immediatley by 1.30pm (feel like we were kicked out) Wheather this was a mistake between the staff or whatever, the 30 minutes (1.30 pm and 2 pm) does not make any difference for the hotel but really it make the loyal customers very disappointed. So, we recommend visitors to ask the front desk officer to write it down for you if they offer you the late check out upon cheking in process.

We have stayed at the Hua Hin Marriott about 6-7 times over the years since it opened. It's a great place to relax, especially with the separate adult pool. What I didn't like, however, was the fact that as we checked out yesterday I decided to check the bill, which I normally don't do. And there it was - a breakfast bill for about 2,800 baht that did not belong to me. I asked to check the signed receipt, and the room number was mine but the signature and name was not. Of course the staff member removed it from my bill, but for a hotel in this price range that's not an acceptable mistake. When I stay at cheaper hotels, yeah sure the lowly paid staff try to sneak in a receipt at check out. But I should not have to deal with something like this at a hotel I am paying nearly $300 per night!

Ms Eye from front desk was very customer oriented. So were the staff at concierge who helped us w golf bookings & places to eat. The shower in the room was the best I had as the water pressure was very strong. They too have a very good hairdryer which most hotels are lacking. The only setback is the bathroom sliding door & wardrobe doors. The flaw in design & weight of these doors- So you hear these banging of doors from your left & right neighbours as most would assume they hv a soft closing touch. Breakfast was really good too. Location is just a 5min walk to Market Village & daily massage at Dharun Health & Massage just next door. You can get around in tuk tuk as most places ie Cicada market-Blueport-Hua Hin night market are nearby. 5 days in Hua Hin is too short for us this trip. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Stay”

Strategically located with just 5 mins walk to one of the biggest malls in Hua Hin. Next to the hotel is a very decent massage center. All the night markets are nearby accessible by tuk tuk. Rooms are with decent size, clean and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast buffet spread is great, we don’t get bored despite staying for 5 days as everything we are eating different selection of food. Pool is huge, with kid and adults pool well separated so that adults who need some quiet time won’t be disturbed. Beach front is clean, always see some staff cleaning up rubbish near the beach, which is an extra step by the hotel. Overall we are very happy with our stay here. Will definately come back. Marriott has always been our choice as they uphold their service level and never failed us !

I think Marriot Hua Hin should be the best family resort in hua hin. All staff from front desk until security guard very friendly . My family member felt very warm and happy during our stay. Restsurant food very good . My kids very enjoy in kids club and special mention kids club staff . They take care our kids every minute like their own child . Lastly I would like to many thank to front desk staff name JENNIE , she assist us a lot during our stay .

Best with childrens”

This is without a doubt one of the best hotel in Hua Hin, especially if you have small children, who is going to enjoy the swimming pool A LOT. The beach is one of the nicest one in Hua Hin as well. We think there should be more variety in the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner. Menu in the beach restaurant is too small. Breakfast was GREAT. They still have some small issues, as this is a new hotels, but we are sure it will be resolved until our next visit :) Hope to be back soon.

Superb facilities with access to beatiful stretch of beach”

This is quite simply the best hotel in Hua Hin. Pool access rooms are stunning with access to a small and private river-like pool which circles the inside of the hotel. The beach is also very nice and one of the best spots on the beach that I have found in Hua Hin. Wil only ever book this place when I travel to Hua Hin in future....cannot fail to impress.

Flawless”

This was one of those few hotels I found difficult to find any fault with. I will recommend this to anyone looking forward to a family vacation. 1) Great location - in the middle of Hua Hin night market and Village market. Just 5 minutes walk to both the places. Variety of dining options around. 2) A heaven for those who love to spend their time in the pool. 3) Beach was very clean. 4) Breakfast had variety of options- one of the bests I have tried. 5) A great choice for family vacation with lots of engagement scope for children including the waterpark arrangement, kids club and kids activities. 6) Staff were friendly. In room dining service was fast and great.

Great hotel!!!”

My family enjoyed our stay with the hotel. Room with two double beds was spacious and can accommodate a family of four comfortably. Family pool was fun with two slides that kids enjoyed so much. Separate adult pool is also available. Hotel serves wide choices of breakfast spread. Direct access to the beach where we can also engage in beach activities like horse riding and sea sports. A tutu ride to the newly Bluport Mall generally cost THB100-120 though a stroll of 15 mins gets you there as well. Overall a great experience in Hua Hin and we will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel”

The hotel is nice and very modern with beautiful amenities especially the lagon pool. There are water slides and other water games for the children. The staff is very caring and the place is sparkling clean. The Big Fish restaurant although a bit pricey has very nice food and a great seaside terrace if you fancy a high end dinner. Last the hotel is very conveniently located at the heart of Hua Hin city which makes it convenient should you want to have dinner outside in the nearby mall (reachable by foot)

Marvellous Marriott”

It is very hot in Hua Hin right now, no rain for 2-3 mths with shrubs and plants turning yellow. Hence Marriott is like an Oasis in Hua Hin desert. Cool & refreshing with its many pools. It would be heavenly Oasis if they provide shuttle to airport and nearby attractions and Malls.

Family travelling with kids will definitely love the pool throughout the entire resort. there are a total of five different pool to suit both adults and kids needs. The hua hin beach is just beside the resort, u can take a swim in the sea and back into pool as and when u like. Really love the location and the pool. Breakfast spread is good and tasty.

Convenient, New and Great Value”

We are parents with 2 young kids but decided to travel this time without kids. We found this hotel very family friendly yet it had a separate adults pool which was perfect. Great location, walking distance to the Hua Hin Market Village with lots of food choices and massage places. Will be back for sure!

Marriott is simply the best experience so far”

The headline says it all. Marriott Hua Hin is simply the best resort so far we have experienced. It's value for money. You are treated like a VIP. Excellent behavior by all staff & they really take care of you and your family.

A great place for Families with children”

When have been to Marriot in Rayong many times and now wanted to test Marriot in Hua Hin. Got a beautiful room just with great ocean view. Facilities for children are excellent (water land, slides, kid's club etc). Great breakfast! Only thing we had an issue with is to get a parking space. Not many available when the hotel is full (most weekends...). We will come back!

Perfect Holiday ”

The swimming pool was amazing, there was 5 different pool. The staff was all very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was perfect as there is so many choices. This hotel will always be my first choice when I come to hua hin.

Getaway on our Anniversary”

It was a nice getaway with Marriott. Resort was easily accessible and within distance from almost everything including malls, markets and Hua Hin beach. Facilities and staff are commendable. Will definitely visit Hua Hin with Marriott again.
