Exceptional experience!!”

I stayed at Hula Hula Resort and Spa for 5 nights and I really loved staying there.The location is great,it’s away from the noisy Main Street and definitely worth it. The staff especially Kannika and Ae (who arranges all tours) were amazing and very efficient,friendly and helpful.When I checked in there were quite a lot of noisy children on the same floor.i called reception and asked if they could please move me to another room.Without hesitation they moved me into one of their beautiful villa rooms free of charge!I had some issues with the in room safe and the bathtub but within 3 mins they sent someone to fix it. I’ll definitely recommend this resort and intend on returning there in the very very near future!!THANK YOU to all the staff at Hula Hula for making my first time in Krabi so amazing and memorable!

Lovely hotel great staff amazing duplex pool villa room ”

Booked with Agoda for an excellent price, stayed 10 nights hotel is about 10 mins walk to the centre where there is lots of restaurants to eat, drink etc. Hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. Booked our transfer with the hotel lots of people think 800 Baht is expensive but they were there waiting and on return the same so it was great. Same we booked the trip from the hotel little bit more expensive but collected and returned to the hotel. Breakfast is included covers European breakfast and noodles etc nice breakfast omelettes eggs xookwd for you too. I can’t fault this hotel we loved it as we did Ao Nang and would definitely come back thanks Agoda and also Hula Hula 😍

Great value hotel with amazing staff!”

The staff at Hula Hula Resort are truly first class and is indeed the best asset to this hotel. The pool is lovely with featured waterfall and pool bar area. Breakfast is great with a good coffee machine. The family suites are extremely spacious. The only downside is that the rooms are a little tired and need repainting. The furnishing are of of good quality and the beds are comfortable.. There is a free shuttle service to the beach with the latest being at 8pm. If you want to go out in the evening you can easily get a cheap tuk tuk back to the hotel or it’s a 15min walk. There are a few restaurants very close and lots of restaurants and nightlife by Ao Nang beach. There is also a very convenient mini supermarket directly opposite the hotel. I would recommend the villas with pool view as they are in a good location.

Staff here are amazing, great location a short walk from the main part of Ao Nang but far enough so you get the peace and quiet. 7eleven right opposite and tour guides nearby. Hula Hula was a great stay and we will honestly miss all the great staff and amazing rooms (especially the Villas) . Motorbike rental onsite and Tours available. Breakfast was included with our room and was buffet style and help yourself, spot on!! A***

We stayed at Hula Hula for six nights and honestly did not want to leave on the last day. Considering what we paid it was good value for money. The villa we booked was spacious, clean and had a balcony overlooking the pool (partially blocked by greenery but so tranquil!). I would say the normal rooms would probably not be as nice. We loved the pool and spent a lot of time there. Recommend getting there early to secure your preferred lounger as it can fill up quickly. Breakfast changes daily, we enjoyed the local delights (although I've seen that some complain about lunch/dinner foods for breakfast - welcome to Asia!) and mini pancakes. You can also have eggs to order. We tried the restaurant and room service and food was ok too, nothing spectacular but for what we paid more than acceptable. The service was great throughout - many friendly faces especially the lady boss. Highly recommend this place if you want comfort but don't want to splash out on a full luxury hotel.

I couldn’t fault the cleanliness and facilities in the rooms. Definitely good value for money , especially with the shuttle bus which helped after a long day. We loved our experience and would definitely go back to Hula Hula again if we return. A few nights of entertainment or a musician would have gone a long way for us as sometimes we did not want to go out but was not much at hotel of an evening to keep us there. This would help with people staying in your restaurant for dinner! Prices are very reasonable too at pool bar. Breakfast was lovely and very fresh with a good choice but could have added a few more different options, only as we were there for a longer stay. But All in all, we loved it! Thank you.

Amazing hotel”

The hotel was amazing and beyond our expectations. We booked it a couple of weeks before we arrived and were lucky enough to get one of the 2 private 2 storey villas with private pool. WOW! The villa was amazing and all very clean, we had the sun for most of the day which was a little concern of ours but we didn't need to worry. The staff were very good and drove us and our luggage to our room. It was only a couple of minutes walk but they wanted to take us. Only a 10 minute walk into the main area of Aonang and there are restaurants within minutes of the hotel. Breakfast was very good with great choice and if you need laundry washed there is a very cheap laundry service just across the road. Couldn't fault the Hula Hula hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has a really EXCELLENT staff! If you travel a lot around Asia, you know how difficult to find a place with the staff interested in you. But Hula-Hula is the right place to choose!!! All the Staff is interested in you! Everyone tries to help you! 5-star+ Staff!!! And they are really friendly! As if you come to stay at your friends) Little bit far from the sea (10 mins walk), but there is a free shuttle transfer with a very happy and funny driver)) And by the way! THEY DO SPEAK ENGLISH!!! You know how rear it is in Asia) And they are really helpful! Highly recommended!

This was my 5th visit to Ao Nang but first time at Hula Hula Resort. First off, the staff are LOVELY and so accommodating. Location is a bit of a walk from the main strip (and up hill can be a bit tiring in the heat), however there are tuk tuks and a free shuttle from the hotel. Rooms are large but a little dated, the pool access rooms are especially in need of an upgrade and weren't overly clean. The pool access rooms are also a little noisy (those closest to reception). The villas are a much nicer option. Besides the staff, the pool is the best thing about this resort! Although not always easy to find a seat nearby. Guests are also allowed to smoke around the pool and whilst sitting at the pool bar which is highly annoying. Excellent value for money, great pool and staff. This hotel is especially great for families!

Amazing”

Friendly staff, very clean and well maintained Ressort. Pool fantastic. The Ressort is also very quiet because of its location. Before coming here we have checked out many other places but decided then to come to Hula Hula. A decision which we do not regret. We would come here again and do recommend this place to everyone. Many thanks to the staff.

Amazing place with beautiful people”

Really enjoyed my stay at Hula Hula. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Facilities are clean, spacious and very nice. The only thing I would change is the meals, they are quite small portions and can be overly salty. Otherwise, it was a true pleasure staying there! They organised all of my trips and adventures, so it was completely stress free.

The Hula Hula Hotel is very new und lovely. The rooms are very big,clean and comfortable. The view at the nice Pool is in this moment better. When you look at the ozean, you look at this time at a construction. The Services is verry friendly and helpfull. We have a great stay.Thanks

Pretty good”

The amenities (pool, pool bar, restaurant, room) are very nice. All in all this place is a really great value for money in Ao Nang. There were days we didn't want to leave because the pool area was so enticing. Breakfast was included with our booking and it was decent. A few things could be improved: there was very limited hot water so we couldn't use the nice bathtub in our room, very few staff spoke fluent or even conversational English (fine but it'd be good to have at least one person on staff that can communicate fluently), and the shuttle that takes you to Ao Nang runs on a VERY limited schedule so you'll probably only use it once or twice during your stay. Overall we'd stay again if we were back thru ao nang.

Value for your bucks!!!”

The resort style hotel is way more beautiful than picture. Very good location to go to Ao nang but not able to walk even it was not far. Because I road way to Ao nang not good for walker. But you can call the taxi or have a rental car. The staff is very friendly and very helpful while you stayed. I highly recommend the hotel and I definitely return to stay again.

The staff at Hula Hula are really friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The pool is the bestbest thing about this hotel. My only gripe about the pool is that guests can sit around and smoke around the pool and in the pool area around the bar (and yes I asked staff if this is ok and apparently it is). If you are in a pool access room close to the bar you can smell the smoke which is annoying. The rooms are ok...functional and large. However both the pool access rooms and villa rooms have a very musty/mouldy smell to them. The villas have a nicer lay out especially if you have 2 friends sharing (as opposed to a couple). The pool access rooms are a little dated and curtains are dirty. Towels are a old (could us an update). Beds are a little too hard/TV stations are basic not much to choose from/Buffet breakfast is OK (enough Asian choices and an egg station). Families will love the pool. Location is a little far from the main street and shuttle doesn't run often enough.

Great Place To Stay”

Rooms were very nice and clean, hotel is tropical and beautiful, about 15 minute walk to Ao Nang beach but a free shuttle from the hotel will pick/drop you off on the hour, staff is extremely friendly and helpful and they speak good English, they have a binder full of excursions that you can book there and they will pick you up/drop you off at the hotel. Restaurants all around, free breakfast with a wide variety of options. They will make accommodations for your excursions if necessary. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a relaxing break ”

Stayed for two nights over New Year’s Eve. The staff were fantastic and super attentive. - nothing was too much trouble. Ao Nang beach is a short Tuk Tuk ride away or the hotel do a shuttle bus at certain times of the day. Ao Nang is not really walkable in my opinion as the road does not have pavements. The pool area was picturesque, and there were always spare sunbeds (very comfortable). Good swim up bar! We were staying over New Year’s Eve and the staff put on a fantastic show at the gala. Would highly recommend!

Not a 4 star, but good for the value”

Cannot say nothing bad about staff, all nice and helpfull, but hotel itself need renovation, rooms and furniture needs reniewing, some towels were smelly, too small wardrobe for clothing for family in a room, old and loud air conditioning system especially at night, breakfast should have more variety of food for a 4 star hotel, lack of sunbeds around the pool, prices of coctails too high, couple of days durring the week our room wasn’t cleaned even after 3- 4pm when returned from a trip. Great thing there is a free transfer to Aonang beach till 9pm. After staying in Thailand mostly in a 4-5 star hotels i could give Hula Hula 3.5 stars.

Hotel and pool are great”

The hotel is new and rooms are big and clean. Staff is polite and responsive to all requests. Moreover, thanks to the kind thank you letter we received from the hotel we didn't miss our checkout. Together with my girlfriend we made some wrong days calculation and without their kind farewell reminder we were about to miss our flight to Bangkok on the next day. Anyways, would recommend the hotel to everyone, it is located around 10min. walking from Ao Nang Beach.
