A nice place”
This is a nice new hotel that has all the class you would expect from Hyatt. The rooms are large, very nicely equipped, clean and comfortable. The one bedroom unit includes a double sized sofa bed which was just great for our family. Location of the hotel in the heart of Mont Kiara was perfect, right next to 163 mall. Service was great and Siva at the main reception was probably one of the best I’ve encountered in all my travels this year. Some areas of improvement for the hotel include the basement carpark which levies a RM10 fee per exit (it should be free for guests), the coffee house is completely overcrowded at breakfast (queues forming) with beverages such as juice and milk often not replenished in a timely manner. There is also no in-room dining service.

Great location, wonderful property ”
Located in the trendy Mont Kiara neighborhood, the Hyatt House is perfect whether you’re on business or with your family. The staff is awesome: helpful, friendly and very professional. The amenities in the rooms are top of the line. There are very good grocery stores around (Jaya, Green Grocer), restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, etc.

Very nice and very new hotel in Mont Kiara , location maynot in the city Centre, but other than that, everything is good. Only one comment, for the toilet door , if this is not glass door, and come with the solid door with lock, it will be a lot better.

Weekend staycation that was so memorable and enjoyable. I will come back to stay again”
The rooms are very spacious. It is a new hotel opened in December 2018. The hotel staff are all very friendly and hospitable. I had a very relaxed and enjoyable weekend staycation at the Hyatt House. The hotel is located around many eateries and cafes within a stone throw away. Super convenient. The king sized bed and the bed sheets is so comfy and super clean. The room rate is valued for money. I am planning my next weekend staycation at Hyatt House now with my friends. I am looking forward to it. The breakfast spread is pretty decent and can fill up your morning cravings for food. Grand Hyatt vs Hyatt House”
Grand Hyatt (100%) & Hyatt House (45%) mainly because i was expecting more from Hyatt's Group Corp because Hyatt House's design similarly like Grand Dorsett or Somerset. i know i cant compare Grand Hyatt & Hyatt House because it's 2 different types of accommodations but like i mentioned you guys are carrying the Hyatt branding. so Hyatt House i feel like same level as Somerset in Damansara Utama. Normal business traveler kind of suites. so ya, do something differently.

Great Management ”
The test to a really good hotel is not in the daily facilities and services we’ve come to expect, but in how management handles unexpected issues. Hyatt House Mt Kiara did have some new staff and room finishing problems that proved troublesome during my stay but Mary Goh, the hotel manager, and her team were quick to address, fix and compensate for them more than satisfactorily. The management at Hyatt House is superb and due to that, a stay that could have been awful, turned into a very pleasant and memorable one. The staff are definitely the strength of Hyatt House; from Mary to Siva, Tham and team at front desk to Hari, the room attendant. Thank you all.

New, modern, hipster hotel with great hospitality! However, it’s more than meets The Eye.”
Although Hyatt Corporation is famed for its luxurious and lavishly decorated hotels, this is a totally different theme. It’s modern, contemporary and hipster looking while being environmentally friendly at the same time. It’s got no automatic doors, open air corridors, no carpet and shares a carpark with its offices. Hence, there’re no free parking and it’ll cost you 15RM each time you exit the carpark. The rooms are cosy and comfy. It’s equipped with great TVs, speakers, new sofa set with brand new smell, lightings designed to beautify the room and a balcony with no scenic view but maximum privacy. The toilets are large and roomy but they do not have the necessary toiletries unless you make a request. Aside from that, there’s no rain shower and no indoor slippers provided. However, the beds are king-sized, comfy and cool to sleep on. On the whole, this hotel is a great place to stay, enjoy and chill, there’s just one problem; it just doesn’t feel right.

We had our anniversary celebration here in Hyatt House, we got some steak to cook from nearby Village grocer, the bed is comfortable. Thats Kyochon Fried Chicken downstairs, and many more nice restaurant downstair of Hyatt House. We will come back again!

We always had a pleasant stayed here and it was our fourth stay recently. From normal room to residence room, you can actually cook and do laundry in your own room. My son was so happy that he had a bigger spacious room running around, and he enjoyed very much at the swimming pool. As for us, we love their modern design, comfortable and clean feel, staff are friendly and helpful. More importantly, its so conveniences! Surrounded by many eateries and shopping mall just next door. Its only a short distance to Publika, but not as messy and crowded as Publika. Breakfast food are nice but not many in variety. Plus point is we can choose ether dining outdoor or indoor, feeling good. Overall we had a great stay, again and will definitely visit again.

Very basic hotel yet warm ambience. Good location with malls & eateries with walking distance. Breakfast not many in variety. Bed is not really a king size. Tooth brush & tooth paste are available upon request. Car park fee is expensive, RM15 per entry. Should not expect much with the price I paid. Overall is okay.

Wonderful Staycation”
I had recently stayed in the hotel with my family. We booked a 2 bedroom for 1 night. Overall we really love the decor of the room, definitely a plus point for the cleanliness. I got to checked in early for the room was available. The only hotel we managed to get with free breakfast for 5persons! Surely, a stay to remember. All my family members were happy and satisfied with the services. Oh ya, the pool is beautifully located at the highest floor of 37. My kids enjoyed their swimming very much. The one thing to highlight is our room's bathrooms have no keys to lock. Hence it's quite a trouble as we need to get someone to watch out. Breakfast food not much variety and taste is also just so so but still acceptable.

Do not let its location put you off! Being located at the edge of KLCC, is merely a stone's throw from the city centre. Even better, one could conveniently travel out of the KLCC! Rooms were huge and immaculately clean. Everything you'd expect to be in an apartment was present and facilities were aplenty!

We found this an excellent hotel. Everyone was very polite and very friendly and competent staff, extremely helpful yet never intrusive. The hotel is very well appointed, amazing breakfasts (just not enough table during peak hour). The lobby is a great place for meeting friends or for a relaxing drink at the bar. Being centrally located, near to many restaurants and Jaya Grocers and Village Grocers was also a bonus. Fabulous stay , everything on high level
