Honestly I would not spend my money here again. I got to my room checked the bed and there were stains every where on it. I went to the front desk and the lady was super sweet and kept saying she was sorry. They then put us in a different room and same thing more stains. They eventually changed everything out for stuff that had no stains but that should have been done from the start! The shower is clogged, poor shower head, the bed is uncomfortable, the blanket is a thin depressing blanket that looks like it’s been used 2000x times the walls are dirty. The list goes on but honestly I would never come here again.

If you like slimming with homeless drug addicts this is for you ”
Starting from day1- there were numerous homeless people roaming the side parking lot and lurking around. After day 2 it was clear there was a group of drug dealers/ addicts that were staying in the hotel. Ended up continuously running into two of them who were always outside either creepily doing drug deals or by the side door (their hotel room was the closest to the side door) Being two women in our 20s, it definitely gave my friend and I am extremely uneasy feeling. At one point we were swimming in the pool and the two men were clearly high as kites (appeared to be from pills or heroin) and could barely keep their eyes open. On our fourth day we saw a car getting broken into, glass all over the parking lot and clearly was from the excessive homeless people we saw roaming the street. Now if you’re a group of men I say hey, go for it and stay here. But there was a lot of young families from softball and baseball tournaments? And I would NOT feel safe being here with my kids.

Disappointing stay”
The hotel felt like a slightly upgraded roadside motel (except for the price). The room was very noisy at night with poor soundproofing, not even a bottle of complimentary water in the room ???!! , no slippers / disposable toothbrush, very limited amenities etc. This seems to fall very short of Hyatt standards and it's certainly disappointing when you pay 250 USD a night for a hotel in the suburbs of Phoenix. The room itself was not too dirty but the carpet was stained, the sofa cushions were all messy and out of place when I checked in (the room cleaning probably overlooked that) and generally the place felt really dated. Disappointing except for the staff who were doing a very good job and were being helpful and nice.
