Great location ”
We enjoy our stay at Hyatt Regency Sydney and will definitely consider going back again when we visit Sydney. The location is great as it is within walking distance to many places of interest. Th3 hotel even has a connecting pathway to Darling Harbour where you can visit Madame Tussauds Sydney & Sea Life Sydney Aquarium or take a ferry from King Street Wharf. The buffet breakfast selection is quite good but can get boring if you stay for more than 4 days. The size of the room (King Room) is reasonably big and clean. However, housekeeping can be further improved as they don’t seem to clear our empty (or half empty) water bottles for us.. After a few days, they can accumulate and look messy. Also, the hotel is trying to conserve the environment and they only change the towels only after 3 days unless you request for clean towels every day. Finally, the hotel should provide clearer signage for their roof top bar, Zephyr, on the 14th floor.

Heart of the City”
This was our second stay at the Hyatt Regency and we find that it's location, so close to all the bars, restaurants and shopping of Darling Harbour and the King Street Wharf precinct make it the ideal location for a weekend away. The hotel is always spotless and well presented, the food in the dining room is high quality. Rooms are comfortable and the harbour view right outside is amazing. Always on our list of places to stay whenever we want a night or two in Sydney.

Great Value and Location”
Great value hotel at the time of booking with easy access to the main CBD areas only an approximate 10-15 minute walk away. Service was great and attentive by all hotel staff. I would comment that the room we stayed in (King Room, City View) looked and felt slightly more dated than the overall feel and newness of the refurbishments however, it was very comfortable in size and more than adequate for a short or long stay in Sydney.

Really great location in the city center”
We stayed for 4 nights at Hyatt and it was a blast! The location is right at the heart of the city. You can just walk for 10 mins to see Sydney Opera House/Sydney Bridge, The Rocks and QVB. What a lovely stay. Definitely will come back again.

Restful, convenient and memorable stay”
I have been to Sydney for a few times and Four Points by Sheraton Sydney is the best hotel I have stayed. Just next to Darling Harbour and Chinatown, you waste no time and money travelling to the key attractions in Sydney. The hotel room is spacious and luxurious and the staff's service is attentive and flawless. Loved my stay there!

Great location, rooms, and staff.”
My stay was good. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are nice and the hotel is in great shape. Can't beat the location on Darling Habor (highly recommend a room with a harbor view). My only down comment applies to all hotels in Sydney and Australia - the price of breakfast (AU$30 for continental and AU$35 for full) is outrageously expensive.

Exceptional”
The staff was nice and very welcome. The hotel and room is pretty and big compare to other hotel. The breakfast was stunning. I really like to stay again at Hyatt if I go to Sydney again.

Dear Roxann, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience at Hyatt Regency Sydney. We were pleased to read you enjoyed your stay, in particular the friendly service provided by our associates. We look forward to welcoming you again soon. Kind Regards, Hyatt Regency Sydney
Four Points Indeed”
The Four Points is a great hotel. Even during renovations the staff made it seem like it was business as usual. I didn't realise until I peeked out my window that there was a massive pile of rubble in what I assume was once a driveway (however I was on the 11th floor). The room was neat, clean and provided all expected amenities for a hotel like this. The only downside, really was the noise from other rooms' TVs late at night, though not uncommon for a hotel- what can you do? I marked this hotel low for Value for Money. While, yes it is Sydney and Sydney is expensive, and yes it is a great location for tourists wanting to see Darling Harbour, it is still hideously overpriced for the average solo traveller. Having said that, I had a great stay and if you're okay with the price I'd recommend it to anyone.

4 stars hotel with 5 stars facilities”
Our family went on Christmas holiday trips to Sydney and Melbourne staying in 3 different 4 stars hotel. This hotel is much better than Rendezvous Studio Central Sydney and Radisson Flagstaff Melbourne.

Sheraton at Darling Harbour- central”
Our stay was very enjoyable. We were able to wander around Darling Harbour in the afternoon & take in the free entertainment that was on display. By chance there was a Serbian festival on & there was dancing in national costumes & live music. We were in Sydney to go to a show,Dirty Dancing at the Lyric Theatre. We were able to meander over to the theatre in our own time. We had dinner at Darling Harbour. There was a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were very helpful & polite. We would stay again.

First time. ”
Four points by Sheraton In darling harbour is a great hotel. The location is excellent with easy access to lots of other Sydney areas. Our stay got off to a great start after we were able to check in at 9.30am after an all night plane flight, and just got better from there. Would defineaty recommend this hotel.

Extremely comfortable beds”
Four Points was well-located near the popular Darling Habour and major attractions. Shopping at Pitt Street. And even Sydney Fish Market was a mere 1.3km walk away, across Pyrmont Bridge. The Rocks will be a little further off, but as long as you can walk to George Street you can grab a bus down. Only downside is that it is not really very near a train station (it was in-between Townhall and Wynard stations), so if you intend to travel out of city alot by trains, than it will not be ideal. Bedroom was nicely-designed and very comfortable. Especially the beds, they were heavenly for rest/sleep, after a whole day of sightseeing and walking. Bathrooms were clean with rain-shower (if i recall correctly). However, we were allocated the far-end of level 2, farthest away from the lift lobby, so it was a really long walk each time we came back or left to our hotel room. Do ask for a room nearer the lift lobby next time.

A good choice”
Perfect location in CBD Sydney, excellent breakfast and view for Darling harbour. Staff are polite, responsive promptly for every request.

Very accessible”
Less than 10min walk to QVB and Westfield Mall and a stone's throw away to gorgeous Darling harbor. Great for a stroll or a jog. I jogged from hotel to cross sydney Harbor bridge via Darling Harbor and the being developed Warangaroo. So beautiful and relaxing. I hardly felt the 10km run.

Nice view and best location”
Spent my birthday here. The view is amazing, durning the Vivid Sydney, can watch the fire work show directly from the window. The location is best choice for traveling the city. Worth the price! Highly recommend.

nice place in Sydney. Friendly staff”
I had a good stay at this hotel. There were issues with the laundry where some of my clothes came back ripped and / or stuck with glue, but the head of housekeeping reversed the charge to cover the rate as well as the cost of one item that was ruined. Nice room with a harbour view. Sydney does not have a lot of amazing rooms in the affordable range, but this place was pretty good - decent sized and well located - and because I found a deal online, not too expensive either.

Excellent staff and location.”
We were impressed by the check in staff and concierge, blown away by our view in our extremely quiet comfortable room. Actually blown away by Steyn when he upgraded us. An all round great place to stay in Sydney, close to everything.
