Clean but hard bed”

New hotel with nice architecture & interiors, location is decent considering the size of Khao Yai. Rooms are a good size & the balcony view is pretty amazing, but the mattress/futon is thin & hard. Breakfast was decent, nothing exceptional. Alot of good brunch food in Khao Yai anyway. There were a few ants on the bed but the rest of the room was clean so I didn't really mind. There wasn't a room phone to call the reception which was quite weird. This resort has 2 resident ginger cats who are friendly & let you touch them!

The hotel is located on a nice plot of and which is located on a quiet street, the prior reviews suggested good service and nice staff, I can not agree with either, we were first met late night by a staff who was waiting for us to arrive, as we arrived past midnight, not much in terms of communication of for us, a lot of pointing and fill-out the registrations card, that was simple enough, breakfast is a basic menu American breakfast disappointing with sausages cold and not cooked , ham was warm at best , egg was cooked in a large amount oil and incorrectly cooked , even though explained and then had to send back, I can only assume it was microwaved to well done. Typical and usual is the butter is harder than the toast so it rips through it when spread, the salad was nice , coffee not good, even though a sign hangs on the side say 100% ariabic , this was not , and seemed like a high concentration of Nescafe. The room ,well well decorated but a few things were not correct, the room has a room service menu, but no phone? The Tv is a bit complicated and needed the front desk to come and explain how to use, to only find out there were no english channels and only Thai of the 10 channels on the TV The power went off at 12 midnight on again only at 7 am then next day, this was strange and no notice on this from the hotel. there was no hot water, for the two days, of which was not the most joyful of things, in the morning. Sunday was set up as a brunch but no mention prior and was rather confusing on what to order or what was included or not, so that again took some explaining and weird looks. The sleep was good , and restful, but not as depicted in the previous reviews of past stays. so Once can only conclude that there is a huge amount of inconsistency in deliverance of standards. There are plenty of Places in the area to stay, and in the next trip we will opt to visit one of them.

it's located in a small street facing the hill of the national park. It is quite and nice. Taking in mind the service offered I will say that it is a bit pricy. As extra service there is only a swimming pool that is nice but need more clean. No breakfast served. Staff by the way is nice

Amazing service!!”

May (auntie May) was superb nice. She gave us a lot of interesting advice. The room space was not as small as we thought earlier. It came with a cool balcony which has a perfect atmosphere at night and in the early morning. The room is really clean and neat, we are very satisfied about this but there’re a few ants in the dining area. Breakfast is okay. Overall is great. Recommended to everyone.

Nice and cozy stay”

The rooms design and facilities are very nice. The view on the 1st floor rooms cannot be expected for anything spectacular but on the uppers, they are quite good. The best is the friendliness of the staffs.

Poor value location so so ”

The pictures unfortunately do not do this place justice. Arrived to find staff sitting around eating Somtam when they clearly could be cleaning and making better time for the place. Mountain view room was thick with dust everywhere, curtains need cleaning and windows too. Looking down from the bedroom window bird pooh is mountain high. Swimming pool needs cleaning also. Left early to find lights were turned off before dawn which made creeping through the dark extremely dangerous. Security guard made no effort to see us into the property or see us out to oncoming traffic. One can only assume that the owner spends very little time at the resort which is why it is running down quickly. Rather a shame as I am sure when it first opened attention to detail was paramount but complacency has set in. Didn't even bother to stay for breakfast as we knew what to expect. If this resort continues to charge the same rate as ( Escape Khao Yai) it needs to offer a vastly improved service.

it is located in the same location of luxury hotels. so it has the same atmosphere, similar mountain view. i recommend to to stay and get relaxed

My fav place, love everything here, staffs are good, there’s a pool and cafe which is not that big but can entertain you while stay here. Valuable place , definitely recommend to stay here.
