Value for money”

Despite it being easy on the budget, slightly surprised at how worth it i-Hotel was. For the price, I had a nice night in a quiet part of town to rest. The staff were really courteous and obliging and the decor and comfort level of the hotel exceeded my expectations. Definitely in my favourites list if I travel to Johor Bahru again.

good hotel to stay awhile”

Its was good to stay just 1night because we had trip to legoland so check in late just wanna sleep. Need to improve the sound proofing and more sensitive to muslim to show qiblat sign n sejadah.and also if the hotel could provide tea/coffee sachet at the desk that much more great! Overall i give 7/10 score.

value for money and clean”

It was good to stay at i-hotel@johor bahru, there is a police station just few shops away. The room is clean and consider spacious for two person in a queen bed room. The room do provide towels, shampoo and shower gel. The location is good also as there are many shops around.

Well Located, Clean and Practical Hotel”

I was looking for a simple and clean hotel and after reading reviews, I made the booking online. My actual experience was positive - easy 3 mins check in, practical design room with wall paper, good location and bed/pillows pls toilets were clean. Hotel is located 10-20 metres away from the police station. Staircase only, hair dryer is upon request and rooms has no windows.

Safe and quiet. Worth for business and family trip”

I would say this hotel service is good. They are willing to let you check in earlier than 2pm. THis hotel is next to Police Station and very near to LegoLand. However, there is no much restaurant for walking distance, need to drive to Tesco at least 10min away. The room is clean and no smell.(non smoking room).

5 min drive to Aeon Mall”

We stayed a room for 4, with 2 queen-sized bed & window to the street, at night occasionally can hear a motorbike roaring past, but we are not light sleepers so it is ok. No lift, but it was only on the 2nd floor, & for a night stay, our luggage was light. The floor of the bedroom is clean, likewise for the beds. Both beds & pillows are comfy. The check-in staff is friendly & even though I cannot communicates in Malay, she was able to understand what I mean. Free car park is just outside the hotel. The only minus is the bathroom has a unpleasant smell even though it appears to be clean enough. The heater delivers a constant blast of warm water, there are shampoo & soap dispensers. A Pokemon Gym is within walking distance away.

Satisfied”

All in all, we’re quite satisfied with the amount price paid and with what we kind of service we got. Check-in = smooth, AC = smooth, TV channels = horrible, counter communication = smooth, facilities = ok with what we paid except for towels, we keep on getting late towels everyday & sometimes we didn’t get the clean towels after returning to the hotel in the late evening. So with half naked, we had to walk to the counter to ask for the towels. Over the emergency request = smooth, check-out = smooth. Like I said, all in all, it was fine and a okay for the price we got. We wish OYO 411 i-Hotel Skudai for the best of luck!

This is one of my favorite hotel I will rent if I had to go there for my business purpose. Overall im satisfied with the hotel as its very clean, big room with more space for you to move around with a cheaper price. The only thing maybe management could improve is to provide lift so its easy for your customer if they need to stay at your upper room. I find its difficult for me to bring all my things from ground to level 2. Keep it up!

Comfortable Rooms”

Had a great 3 night stay at the hotel. Staffs are friendly and the rooms are clean. Plenty of food stalls nearby. Very near to LEGOLAND which was why I chose this hotel. However, even though wifi was available, I was not able to connect during my stay at the hotel.

Best budget hotel”

This hotel is definately the best budget hotel for family or solo travellers to stay.. its located just next to the police station and very near to JB attraction.. Room is clean..Friendly staff.. i recommend

Reception girl are suck and bad manner”

Staff attitude are not ok.. Especially for reception, our room have problem because our room toilet cannot use warm water.All water in hot temperature even in sink.We cannot take a bath.. When we call reception to fix this problem, she said i cannot handle. I dont know how, so she just give me answer.. Dont need to take a bath, just go back and check out.. such a nonsense answer. Please advice that girl to be a good reception, please give a good answer when customer have problem with their room.. Good manner should be proper for her if she want to be better reception.. I check in on 4 august 2018 till 5 august 2018, for 6 room.. And this 6 room have the same problem.. Water inside toilet all this room are in very hot temperature until all of us cannot take a bath and we have to go nearest petronas to take a bath.

Great Value”

It was a nice stay in i-Hotel. Location is great, only 10 minutes by taxi to Legoland. Many restaurants and food court nearby. Room was clean, and spacious enough for value hotel.

A Nice place to stay”

The location of the hotel may not be the upper class location but it has all the things you need like food and convenience stall. Apart from the nice comfortable room, the nearby food stall which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel has one of the delicious Gui Chap (a dark soya braised pork and intestine) and the a Vietnamese stall that serves food that could match restaurant.

Clean and practical ”

Spent one night on the way back from Singapore to KL. Overall stay was pleasant. Check-in was fast. Room was clean and the bed comfy and fluffy. My two grouse are: water at the sink is cold only, no hot water. (There is hot shower though, no complaint ). The other is the absence of qiblat direction. No big deal but would've made the stay perfect. Thank you.

Budget Hotel Perfect for short vacay”

Decided to stay in JB last minute and booked the hotel on the day itself. The price was quite cheap and affordable. We took a grab to get there. Staff were quite friendly. The first room that we got had aircon TV issues. The television couldn't turn on. Staff was kind enough to give us a different room. The second room we had has a little bit of issue with the aircon remote control. But after the staff's assistance, we were happy with our given room. Toilet and bedsheets looked pretty clean. Window area was a little dusty but for the price I paid , it was reasonable despite all the issues. Bed was comfy :) There were quite a number of food places there. Definitely recommend for a short night / last min stay.

Convenient location to Legoland and food”

This hotel is good if you are travelling to Legoland (12 mins) and plenty of eating places along the shoplots as well as neighbouring area. Tesco, Giant and Aeon mall is just in the opposite area with also plenty of food choices. Hotel itself is just basic and for bed space (2 queen size) at this price it is OK. There's a Coway water filter just outside the room which is convenient but they don't provide free coffee/tea. Room cleanliness can be improved, there was a big gap between the window ledge full of thick dust. Toilet needs some maintenance done, tap was shaky and tiles were mouldy. Plus point was there was soundproofing at the window facing the main row, which essentially filtered out 90% of the noise from the busy road. This is a walk-up budget hotel. Should be a safe location as the police station is just next door.
