Not in China Town!!!!! Don't stay here!!!!!”
To start I will say that the main reason I booked this place is because they put their address as being in China Town and that was obviously for marketing purposes but turned out to be a HUGE lie!!! We were probably 2km from China Town and there was nothing nice around us at all! It was literally a mini mart, local cafe, and us! No other tourists around and we didn't see anyone else staying at our hotel for the two nights we were there. We paid the extra 4rm per night to get the deluxe room with window but got put in the deluxe without window and the staff refused to refund the difference. I had to get Agoda involved to get a partial refund of the difference. The elevator smells like they empty a can of bug spray into it every morning and the lobby has a different stench. There is one older guy that works there sometimes and he seemed really helpful and friendly but the other two staff members seemed confused and a little strange. Overall it was a terrible place to stay!

I visit KL for prepare my wedding and this hotel make me so easy. I bought lot of item I need for my wedding with my husband. Staff was friendly and called taxi for me.

I just had a short trip with my girlfriend and she was very good with this hotel. Near to train station and walking distance to Chinatown. I will stay again once I come back KL.
