The room was clean. Breakfast ok. The room lighting should be better. Bad thing was that I booked a strictly non smoking room but ended up next to a very active smoker room neighbour, hardly breathing inside the should be a strictly a no smoking room.

1. Supposed to be able for check-in after 2 PM, but I check-in at 6 PM and yet the rooms were not ready and needed to wait for 30mins to get the room 2. Booked in advance non- smoking room but once check-in the counter staff said unavailable, so ended up in smoking room 3. Agoda's ads room with breakfast but after check-in, the room without breakfast

Dirty. They never change bed sheet and blanket. I have check in at nite 9.30pm. coz the bed sheet is dirty, i asking for new sheet, the response is they will send their staff. But the staff never show until 2 hours. When i call back, they still say wait and the staff still didnt come. I'm waiting their staff to change the sheet until 12am, but they didnt come. Better to change to another hotel...

Bad. When we late check in, The bed sheet have a stain. I asking to change the bed sheet and the staff ask me to wait the staff to come to our room to change the sheet but they never come. We have to wait more than 2 hours and they just do nothing... 👎👎

Paper thin wall, very noisy, rude and unhelpful staff”
DO NOT STAY HERE, there I warned you. This place is built by incompetent builders using the cheapest materials and they still cheap out on the construction. Paper thin wall so you can hear everything your neighbor is whispering to each other. VERY small room, table surfaces feels "icky" and bathroom toilet has someone's hair on it.

The main attraction of ibis Manado City Centre is the location. It's just opposite the Manado Town Square. It is new and therefore very clean. The room is quite small, which suitable for only solo or couple travelers. Those with young children may find the room too tiny. The toilet is also very small and compact. Internet connection (Wi-fi) in the room is good. The choice of food for breakfast is limited.

Great option if you don't mind the room size”
The hotel is located adjacent of the shipping mall (Manado Town Square), and next to a local bakery (Holland Bakery), which made the hotel convenient for hungry travelers who need more than just instant noodles. The room size is very very small, if you travel by yourself then it is not going to be a problem. Not to mention the bathroom size. Breakfast is okay, but not a lot of choices available. However, overall the hotel is very clean, friendly staff, and budget friendly.
