Beautiful Hotel”

Very calm, cozy with a warm color features. Felt very relaxing. The design concept of the room is very nice as well. The food for breakfast is not bad. Staff are friendly. Parking lot available at the basement area or opposite the hotel.

Friendly staff and the facility is quite new, therefore you can expect a clean environment. Not many choices of food during breakfast, but then again, acceptable based on the price of the room.

One of the best, new hotel I've experienced”

I'd say I enjoyed my stay here the most in Johor... Although it is located quite far from the city centre (may not be suitable for travellers relying on Grab or public transports), I love the fresh vibe, mini-gym, the water dispenser, the lobby design with cafe, the indoor car park and chic room design... it was new, clean and fresh, really convenient for me.. just that I got bored with the same breakfast menu throughout my stays here... definitely will consider this hotel again in the future

It’s a nice hotel. Good rate. Good breakfast spread. Located in an industrial area where most shops are still close. Outside restaurants are not within walking distance

Good hotel but...”

It is a new hotel and you know IBIS dont dissappoint with their branding. If not for the location i will have give 5 star. It is situated out of no where and the surrounding is not developed yet and without eateries. You have to travel in order to get to the nearest amenities. The mall right beside is still empty. Maybe in next 3 - 5 years the surrounding will be up and running. Will return once the surrounding is developed with food at least.

If not about no toothbrush and empty bath soap container, I already give 5 star. But I would take it as maybe short of staff during the stay. Very stylish and comfortable hotel. Will stay again if come to Johor.
