First holiday to Sydney”
Our stay was wonderful. The room, although small, was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were serviced daily. Breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful. The hotel overall was very clean and staff were professional at all times. Clerical staff were informative and helpful. Would I stay at Ibis Sydney Darling Harbour Hotel again - most definitely. The hotel's location could not have been better, so close to Darling Harbour and all the sights and so close to the Mall and CBD.

A hotel within the city's attractions”
I booked the hotel as a member of Agoda, and found it available during the peak tourist season's Sydney winter holiday in July. As we reserved two rooms as family with young kids, the reception kindly gave us the rooms next to each other. The rooms equipped with the electric water jug and fridge that is an advantage for family.Monorail station just on the back door,so no need to walk to go around the city CBD. Thanks Agoda & Ibis Darling Harbour for our memorable stay in Sydney. Highly recommended!

On our arrival to the Hotel Peter made us feel so welcome he was so friendly and helpful sorry I didn't catch his surname our rooms were very comfortable and we had great views of Darling Harbour we are already planning a return trip so thank you to the Ibis. we really enjoyed our stay at the ibis ,would reccommend the hotel to friends & family .the location was fantastic .the staff were so helpful & nothing was too much trouble for them ,very friendly .we had the pyrmont view it was very nice but next time we stay we will book a harbour view .we found the room to be very clean ,comfortable bed etc ,no complaints at all .we look forward to our next stay at the ibis darling harbour .

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Hotel. The front liners were so friendly, helpful and informative. They provided so much information of main attraction of Sydney. I liked the view of my room as it was facing to the Darling Harbour.I enjoyed looking to the river, skyscrapers and ferries when I get up in the morning.I had a very nice breakfast at two of the restaurants in front of Darling Harbour.I enjoyed my stay very much. Great location close to everything just down the ramp from the hotel, harbouside shops, exhibition centre, convention centre, casino,retaurants, monorail and light rail stations are just down the ramp. Great view from the harber view rooms overlooking Darling harbour and the city. Close by is the Maritiome museum, Sydney ferry warf where the fery will take you to cicular quey. Accros the bridge you have the City. Around the harbour you have Imax theatre which is the largest screen in the world and a fantastic playground for the kids.

We were over in Sydney to celebrate a birthday the location of this hotel it's friendly and attentative staff and a clean and tidy room with great view made the trip more enjoyable. Everything we needed to access be it transport, sightseeing and attractions or simply dine out or having a quiet sit down with a coffee were all only a short stroll away. Darling Harbour has a fantastic social buzz about it. We would certainly return.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my best friend before go back to my country. The service at the front desk is great. This hotel provides a locker room for the guest to keep their luggage if they have night flight to catch. The room and bathroom is too small, however it is clean and neat. This hotel is just opposite Darling Harbour and it is very convenient for tourist. You can just walk to get to the mall and enjoy the night view at Darling Harbour. What surprise me is this hotel provides iPod dock. My friend and I really love this hotel.

Stayed here for the last 2 days of our Sydney trip and this place was really nice. Clean, the bed was amazing and comfortable. It was a small room but we had everything we needed and the place was very comfortable and close to where we wanted to go in darling harbour. Highly recommend to all and will definitely stay here for our next trip to Sydney.

Best location, but quite smal room”
I enjoy staying in this hotel . It is so closed to the Darling Hourbour that I can go for a walk in the beautiful surroundings every morning and evening. It's also closed to restuarant, shops, and the ferry where we can go to the Sydney Harbour to see the Sydney Opera House and the Bridge. Eventhough the room is a bit small, but who cares as long as it is so convenient to move around.

Easy walking distance to Sydney convention & exhibition centre. fantastic breakfast - well worth paying extra for it, if you somehow didn't do your booking to include it. darling harbour & all it has to off is right on your doorstep. rooms are on the compact size, but they have everything you need & you really only need to sleep & shower there. This was our 2nd stay & we will go back again.

"Convenient Location and friendly service"”
our 1 night stay at the ibis hotel, darling harbour, was a pleasant experience. it was easily accessible from public transport and located very close to the action at darling harbour. while the room was small, it had all the inclusions necessary. one draw back was the quality of the pillows. they were due for an update. we found the hotel food prices to be very reasonable and enjoyed the $ buffet breakfast. the location was perfect to view the night time fireworks show!

A superb vacation”
Great Hotel offering you what you want to pay.Prices very competitive through Agoda.My room had 2 single beds and had all the basic amenities including 2 large bottle of water.Ample supply of coffee and tea.For 10aud you could move into a double bed and for 25aud you can have a room with darling harbour view.Really awesome as I had done it before.Breakfast was great with everything offered from coffee and juices to deserts and fruits.Cost 15 aud if booked on site pay 19 aud as you enter.Can be very crowded sometimes but they have outdoor sitting as well.Staff are great and there is a bar on the ground floor.Check out time is 11am.Only hitch was I had drinks and food in the bar and they could not find the bill when I checked out.They took about 25 mins still no luck?So they decided not to charge me.

On a business trip attending an Expo at the Convention Centre, ideally located just 10 mins away. Exceptional value nice modern room serviced daily. The hotel is close to Darling Habour with great views of the Harbour and CBD at night. I would recommend you requeat a harbour view room. Despite the resteraunt does not operate Monday nights there is plenty of them in Darling Harbour.

I arrived to Sydney 6am, knowing check in is not till 2pm. I called a day before if I can leave my bag, yes they have locker with a minimal fee which is great! When I arrived in hotel, lucky me they allowed an early check-in as my room is ready! It gave a lot of comfort to a weary traveler like me! The room is of decent size and clean, twin beds are comfortable just a bit small but not a big deal though. Staff was friendly and accommodating, they even allowed me & my friend to just have a coffee in the morning in their restaurant without paying! They were really nice in Ibis! I will stay in this hotel again!

We stayed here 18th-21st Nov On 9th floor In queen room with harbour view breakfast inc Lovely big room with fridge iron and board Desk and sitting area Free toiletries in bathroom and hairdryer Fantastic location all within walking distance of Sea life Madame Tussaud’s and wildlife at Sydney Zoo also the Sydney tower Right on the quay to get ferry to many. Locations of which we used to go round to Circular Quay Manly and day and night cruise Staff very friendly and helpful Hotel clean and will definitely stay again when back in Sydney

Short break in Sydney just before Christmas ”
This hotel was great . You can easily walk or ferry to Circulat Quay. Darling Harbour was 2 mins away with lots going on. You could people watch for free or spend loads in the many bars and restaurants. There is a Coles supermarket about 5 mind walk in the other direction. I recommend the buffet breakfast for 15dollats if booked in advance. This is a good place to stay at a sensible price

Good location but prepare for walking”
we stayed for 2 nights at ibis darling harbour over the weekend. the service at the front desk is quick and efficient. the locker room at ibis is also very handy as i understand the cloak room at the central station is closed until further notice. our room is a good size to me, not as small as the ones i've seen from my travels in japan. this is a good surprise after reading the hotel reviews. the bathroom/toilet is small, but pretty clean and neat, which is a big plus to me. the only downside is the 15min-ish walk to either central or townhall to get to the airport with luggage. i thought the monorail station right outside the hotel will be very handy, but the ticket system is not linked, so you have to pay extra.
