New hotel. Very clean and spacious room. Helpful staff”

This hotel offers a very good price. It is in one of the main streets in Nakhon Si Thammarat. Right beside McDonalds. On the street it is easy to walk to 7-11 and other restaurants. The room is very spacious and clean. Staff are local people and can advise you to several attractions. Comfortable beds. Room design is well thought of for guests to put their belongings. The room facing the road could be slightly noisy but quiet down later at night. Breakfast buffet is of ok quality and not great choice. Standard American breakfast with rotating 2-3 Thai food. First floor of the hotel there is a serious gym and boxing place where you can use.

Our stay at Ibiz Boutique was great and exceeded our expectations...we were sad though we didn't have time to use the excellent gym facilities!

I came here with my wife to escape from the Twin Lotus hotel. This hotel is cheaper, newer and has a great gym next to it. Also the location is very good and you can walk to a bunch of great food places! A+++++

2 night stay at this hotel with rental car. Need to improve; - There is no proper parking lot. Should manage. - Breakfast is poor when compare the price; sunny side up eggs, Porridge, white bread, 2 type of local food and sweets, cornflakes with milk, fruit of the day, juice and water. Goods; - staffs are nice willing to help. Very hospitable. - room is Big and clean

Clean, good location, but very noisy by motorcycles passing by, the second day we stayed there was Christmas Eve, the staff party kept going untile deep night, terrible loud drum,could't sleep at all,and no breakfast but simple fried rice.
