Fantastic view ”

Very friendly and helpful staffs. Location is abit far but free transportation from Toba station to hotel. Hotspring is abit old but clean. Dinner was delicious. We had a very relaxing trip

Rambling and dated”

The pictures really sell this place but once inside I found the place to be quite bizarre, dated and rambling. It feels like pieces were added on over time and it had it's hay-day in the 70s. Some parts are reasonably modern like the reception and restaurant but other parts like the rooms and warrens of corridors while clean looked dated and smelled damp. Breakfast wasn't anything like any of the food pictures and we had a phone call at 8.36am asking if we were coming because they were waiting for us. We were also told the public onsen was free but they tacked on a little extra at check out for using it. Also all the facilities (to be fair in typical Japanese style) were extra such as table tennis, karaoke. We went slightly off season (end of Sep) and there were only 2 other groups in the hotel so it had this eery feel, like the Japanese version of the Shining but with a lot less aplomb. The views out over the bay are great, even though our balcony has scene better days and I couldn't figure out how to get the door open to it.

Overlocking the sea ...”

Great place for a sea breeze filled visit, high on s hill overlooking a fishing village and the sea. A bit worn and feel of the long gone 80-ies, but renovations and updates are ongoing. Fun for the kids to feed the kites in the morning ... and test the electric massage chairs.

Accueil froid en arrivant à 21h. Pas de possibilité de manger car hôtel à l'écart de la ville et pas de service snacking. Seuls des distributeurs sont à dispo. Petit déjeuner très succinct. On s'y perd un peu A ne surtout pas refaire

お部屋からの景色、お風呂からの景色が最高でした！フロントのスタッフさんもとても丁寧で対応がよかったです。駐車場の案内の方も暑い中丁寧に対応してくださいました。 一つ残念な所はレストランです。鉄板と小鍋のメニューが1人前しか来てないのに火をつけようと何度もしたり、横のテーブルを片付けながら大きな声で喋っていたり、喧嘩したり…頑張ってる感はつたわるのですがサービス面が少し気になりました。ただお造り盛りは大きくてすごい感動しましたし、朝のバイキングもメニューが豊富でよかったです。 少し辛口のコメントをして申し訳ないですが改善していただけるとと思いコメントいたします。

海が見える部屋に案内していただきとても居心地が良いホテルでした。 朝食バイキングのみ付けましたが品数も多く楽しめました。 スタッフの方の対応も全体的に親切でした。 1つこちらの確認不足ですが、駅からホテルまでの送迎バスは予約が必要なのと最終の便が17時と早めなので注意が必要かと思います。 また行きたいです。

皆さま笑顔で対応してくださり、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。施設自体は老朽化もしていますが、あのお値段で泊まれるなら申し分なしです。海が見渡せる高台の景色は絶景です。また機会があれば是非行きたいと思ってます。

バブル期の名残がある大型ホテル”

ホテルの内装や調度品とかは昭和の時代を引きずっている。 最近のホテルのオシャレ感は無い。 古い施設だが清掃はきちんとされているし、お風呂からの眺望、部屋からの眺望は実に素晴らしいと思う。 スタッフも堅苦しさはなく、非常にアットホームな雰囲気でもてなしてくれる。 食事は今回朝食のプランの為、夕食は分からないが朝食は非常に良かったので、次回は夕食込みのプランで泊まってみたい。 せっかく眺望の素晴らしいロビーだからチープな感じでは無いオシャレなバーとかカフェコーナーを設けて頂くともう一度行きたい宿になると思う。
