Better than expectation ”
This is an adhoc booking because we missed our flight at KLIA2. Just picked a cheap hotel near the airport. The good thing of this hotel is it’s newly renovated, beddings aircon are all new, wall floor also clean, next door is KFC and a bunch of shops nearby. So good to stay and survive. Saw you tiao sold morning going to check now.

Suitable for short stay”
The location is good,about 15 minutes to KLIA. They have 24 Hours shuttle to airport and of course you have to pay for it but the charge is reasonable. The staff is very helpful.The lamp in my room had some problem and they changed another room to me. The only disadvantage is they do not provide toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo. It will fit those who need a short stay nearby KLIA. Overall experience is good. I would definately visit here again in the future.

Clean Budget Hotel Next to KIP Mart”
Room is clean although the size is not big but good enough for 1 big luggage, 1 wheelchair and 2 guests. Toiletries are minimal, with soap and shampoo provided. Reception staff is responsive to airport transfer request. Ample parking space. Good location - next to KIP Mart Mall, some local eateries and Burger King are nearby and only 10-15 mins drive to KLIA. Price is affordable.

Room fine but disturbance during the night”
The reception staff were friendly and the room was fine for the price. We would have been happy with the experience, except for being disturbed during the night by a staff member trying to enter our room after we had fallen asleep. We had gone to bed about 9 pm and had put the security chain on the door. We were woken sometime later by the sound of a key card opening the door and the security chain catching. The person outside didn't say anything and quickly closed the door. I believe it was an accident and not ill-intentioned, however when we mentioned it to the reception staff in the morning as we checked out, they didn't know anything about it or have any explanation why someone would be entering a room at the late hour.

Cleanliness tip top, room smell good, smooth check in. Near to many restaurant n small shopping mall. One night stay for sleep purpose coz we have work to do in Nilai. Went out from our room at level 1 at 7.00am, unfortunately the lift button not functioning. We tried to exit using staircase, the door been locked and tried to call the hotel, line is busy. Stuck there with another weird guest, he keeps talking nonsense and kicked the lift door few times. I started panic and my husband start talking to distract him. After being 'rescued' by the staff, the receptionist accused me kicked the lift door even i tried to hint her 'who' done that, she proceed my check-out WITHOUT apologizing me for the inconvenience i've experienced or even say thank you.

It's too costly to stay in Tune hotel klia2,price just goes up sky high. One way car transport arrange by hotel is great free hassle and driver Mr. Vananth is super efficient and friendly. Hotel is no grill and earth care.

this is one of the hotels that near KLIA, sadly if you want to book a shuttle bus from this hotel, you have to rent the shuttle, so it is quite pricy

Receptionist is very friendly, small & simple room but comfy. Soundproof in the room not too good. The shower head didn’t work well but water pressure in the bathroom is good enough. Just nice for a short stay

The floor is dirty. Dirty here meaning oily something like that.... towel also yellowish. The shampoo container is broken, no shampoo provided. The shampoo provided if you request, and all gone since the container is broken. But the price is value for money. Just not so comfortable.
