Loved our stay overlooking Mae Khong river and the border”
We had a wonderful time staying here during Loy Kratong festival, being able to do it on a majestic Mae Khong river in a walking distance. Got a good view overlooking Maw Khong river and the border of Myanmar and Laos over our balcony. Room was clean and valued for the money. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in Chiang Saen for one night and we’re very happy we booked this hotel. The area is very small and so apart from the triangle there’s not much to do. One night is more than enough in the area and the hotel provided us with everything we needed. The restaurant has lots of options also

Great awesome big hotelroom with balcony and view of the triangle. The restaurant serves a awesome breakfast with that golden view. We enjoyed our stay, and the bonus was a cooldown in the pool.

Great hotel”
We were very lucky to visit this place when there were hardly any tourists. This caused the price to drop to 600 BHT per night for a double room. That was a bargain. Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to Covid, the rest was great. From the 2nd and 3rd floor you have some views over the Mekong.

Resonable price and highly sastified”
Stay one night in One bedroom Suite is very comfortable and highly sastified. I would recommended this hotel to everyone. Below is my commend; + Location of the hotel is great. It is located close to Golden Triangle Viewpoint. All 3 country border can be seen from the room in hotel. + Room is spacious and it is worth. Despite the hotel is old, it is very clean and well maintenance. + Hotel complementary and accomodation are fully provided. Bathroom appliances is also good. - The lacking of hotel employee resulting in sometime guests have to handle their laugages. - Having a bath tub with heating shower but does not have separating shower enclosure. - Breakfast line offer basic ABF and Thai food. Understandable (due to price) but improving is my recommend.

Great view of the triangle, with the viewpoint just across the road. Hotel is quite old so bathrooms are not modernised but it has a rustic vintage charm to it. Curry in the restaurant was great!

Worth It!”
Superior Room, 3rd floor (3D2N): Large comfy bed overlooking beautiful mountains and Mekong river. Room is generally clean enough and for the COVID-19 price we paid, it is worth it. Walking distance to the Opium Museum and Golden Triangle and generally quiet as well as relaxing stay. The balcony space is a great place to chillax and I generally enjoyed my stay with my wife. The many tables and chairs makes it really easy for us to settle down. Improvement Area: 1. Internet isn't user friendly to get connected but usable. 2. Main door knob lock gave up and the key stuck there on the last day we checking out. 3. On of the toilet light is not working (on top of the mirror). 4. Robes provided is uncomfortable and worn out with holes. 5. Breakfast at restaurant leave me much to be desire. 6. Service receptionist is just doing their job and is totally fine but I wish they could be more actively engaged with customers and provide advises on where to visit or what to do around the hotel.
