Wonderful Hotel & Staffs”

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at The Impiana Hotel Senai on 25th May especially with the attentive progression from the Assistant Manager (Ms. Nur Syahizan), your staff did not disappoint us. Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind. We have already decided to return to on our next trip to JB and I would recommend Impiana Hotel Senai to my colleagues, friends and family. Thank you again for such outstanding service.

Hello Impiana, I had a perfect stay at your hotel. I really enjoy your company at the front desk. The staff on duty were helpful and cheerful. Had a little hiccup on the second day during breakfast. My name / room no. was not in the registrar hence I need to walk to the front desk for clarification which was done smoothly. The food variety was magnificent since I'm only paying for RM25 but, I was standing for quite a while at the omelette station only to be told that they have some issue with it. Appreciate if you guys can do something about it. Overall it was a wonderful stay. I will surely come here again if I was in Senai. Great job team Impiana. Regards, Munir Mohamad.

NEAR TO THE AIRPORT_NEAR TO KFC”

As impiana chain hotel, Impiana Hotel Senai definitely maintain the excellent service. Clean and neat. The staffs was helpful. The location is great near to 24 Hours KFC. If you are travelling by plane and feel need to jump in to bed fast, this is the nearest hotel. Ive got pool view. Until early morning i realize they actually got cemetry in front of it. Hahahaha. Its okey well life and death is inseparable. Thank you

Our stay @ Impiana Hotel Senai is definitely a memorable one. Situated in Senai, this hotel is located only about 30 - 40 minutes drive away from JB centre. Within close proximity to Johor Premium Outlets.

Great hotel with comfort room.”

Hotel location outskirt of Johor Bahru but near Johor Premium Outlet and easy access to North-South Expressway, Malaysia-Singapore Second Crossing (LINKEDUA), and Senai-Desaru Expressway. The room is very comfortable and cozy. Good facilities such as swimming pool, gym and car parking.

I really love Impiana Hotel especially the room was so spacious, the toilet was super clean and friendly staff. My children also like it very much. Very near to the JPO and Senai Airport. I definitely will come back again to Impiana Hotel in our next trip in JB!

I enjoyed my stay at Impiana Hotel Senai as the check-in process was very smooth despite being in the Covid-19 era. The room is also very clean and the food selection for room-service is affordable, definitely cheaper than KL-rate. I would definitely stay here again.

This is perhaps the best and cleanest hotel I have stayed in Johor near Senai Airport. The hotel is great for business and leisure travelers alike- comfy bed, spacious room, cold aircon, wifi, in-room service, breakfast, swimming pool, and bar.

Overall hotel environment and its hospitality was great, rooms were very clean and cosy, Parking was ok. Hotel staff interaction and assistance was great, this is my second time stay in this same hotel. Food was ok. Hotel lounge was great by the pool and it gave a good relaxing feel after a busy day schedule. Im sure to stay here again during my next trip to Senai, Johor..

1- Value for money 2- Cheap and tasty food RM 29 for 2 with ikan tenggiri asam pedas, ayam masak lemak cili api, kambing kuzi , nasi with sambal belacan and tempe. The price , the quantity you wont get anywhere except in Impiana Senai 3- Nice and clean room 4- Strategic location in between JB and JPO

Great”

It’s Impiana..what more to say. Room is nice and clean. Food is great. Only thing is its Senai; which is still ok for those going to JB and don’t mind the extra distance - ok for me. There is also a Petronas and KFC right beside the hotel, both walking distance.

Inconvenient parking space and booking cancellation at last minute”

Initially, i booked Impiana Hotel via booking.com. But my booking was cancelled on the day as i was travelling and booking.com send me an email at last minute and asking me to re-edit my credit card number, which was impossible as i was travelling. Neither booking.com or Impiana Hotel called me to reconfirm my booking. I had to book another hotel as Impiana was full. My booking with agoda.com was smooth as i had to pay earlier. The stay at Impiana was fine. Except on Saturday, 24th August 2019, Impiana had a wedding ceremony and due to the small parking space and free parking status, no parking was left for the hotel guests. instead the parking space was given to the wedding guests and the hotel guests had to park further away and walk to hotel. Which was very inconvenient for the hotel guests. Please at least allocate low ground parking spaces for hotel guests at least,

The best in senai”

This is my 3rd visit. Will always choose this hotel whenever in senai. The room was great, clean and comfortable. Car can be parked in front of hotel or at the basement. Breakfast was heaven. So many choices from local cuisine, western and dimsum. There’s yogurt as well. Everything was great. Perfect stay. Petrol pump and kfc just next to hotel. Location just not so far the the plus highway exit. JPO just 30mins from the hotel.

Service recovery”

We decided to give it a try and booked Impiana Hotel Senai due to its newly established hotel and promotion. Honestly, our check-in experience was terrible. But, very pleased with the service recovery by the staff. Check-in process went smoothly. Our horror, once we got keys into our room. There was another guest luggage and belongings. Luckily, the guest was not in the room! After checking with Reception.We were then, moved to our 2nd room. But, the room had an awful toilet smell. Next, a 3rd room change given. But, the room had strong smoking smell and noisy renovation from Spa area . Lastly, our 4th and last room provided much needed comfort. Other than this, overall stay was great! Closely located to Johor Premium outlet. In-Room service quick. Staff greeted guests. Variety of breakfast choice is Ok. Will come back again.

We’ve enjoyed our stay. The hotel was newly build, well accommodating front service desk staffs and friendly too. We really appreciate how good and very attentive the house keeping guy all though he can’t really speak English well. He always greet us with a smile wherever he saw us along the rooms hallway. The food was just nice but can improve with more selections.. this hotel is near to Senai Airport. One more thing they have free shuttle to JPO and Paradigm Mall. Highly recommended

Good hotel in Senai”

Just about 6km from Senai Airport. There are nearby shops (restaurants/snacks) & KFC (24 hours). Good location if you want to catch a sleep ASAP upon late night arrival at Senai Airport, or as good as, if you want to catch early morning outbound flight from Senai Airport.

New Hotel at Senai - fast check-in/check-out process & no deposit if booking Cash tru Agoda”

New hotel so all clean and comfort. Biz traveler required facilities i.e. free hi speed Wi-Fi, Ironing & hair dryer are all inside the room. Only no towel and incomplete toiletries during check in but the staff had responded with action very fast. KFC is just next to the hotel and walking distance about 3min only where as to Senai Airport with normal traffic, it will takes about 15min.

Excellent stay at the Impiana!”

We spent one night at the Impiana Hotel after a 1:30 AM flight arrival from Seoul, Korea. The hotel is just a 5-minute ride from the airport by taxi. As soon as we arrived, the bell hop greeted us outside the main entrance and loaded up all our luggage onto the trolley. Check in was a breeze and the front desk clerk was very friendly. The rooms are super clean and modern, and the king size bed was very comfortable and spacious for me, my wife, and our three-year-old daughter. Our deluxe king room had a hair dryer, an electric kettle, slippers, two complimentary bottles of water, clean and fresh towels, and all shower necessities. The wifi was also fast and reliable. Breakfast was served 6:30-10:30 AM and included eggs, croissants, pastries, fresh fruits, vegetables, and several Malaysian dishes. There is a main pool and a small children's pool, along with a massage shop and a small well-equipped fitness center. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again on our next trip!

Comfortable”

Rooms were spacious, clean and modern and beds / pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was well designed with nice toiletries; a standing shower with very nice water pressure. Wifi speed was adequate and complimentary. Surrounding the area and within walking distance are some eating places, convenience stores and a 24hr KFC which you can't miss. This establishment is convenient to go to Senai airport.
