1.) No Pets, No Durians, No Mangosteen allowed in the unit. 2.) Parties or gatherings of more than 5 persons are strictly NOT allowed. Please follow the accommodation capacity to ensure quality of experience. We will impose a fine of (RM200.) *Please respect all neighbours by keeping the volume down after 11pm. 3.) The Cleanliness and Hygiene is our top concern, Make sure the units is clean & not messy, additional RM200 will be imposed if the unit is too dirty 4.) DRUG ABUSE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. MISUSE OF DRUG is illegal and Punishable under Dangerous Drugs Act 1952. We will not take any responsibility by the event of Police Checking. 5.) SMOKING & VAPING ARE PROHIBITED in the unit. We will impose a fine of minimum (RM200). 6.) Take good care of the property of us. Kindly notify us if there is any damage found while checking-in. The Guest shall compensate us (RM50) per items for any loss and/or damage caused through intent or negligence on the part of the Guest. 7.) Save the electricity, off the lights & aircond when you leave the house 8.) Please inform us immediate when you found loss of access card. There will be a fine of (RM80/each) for losing access card. 9.) Check - In time is from (2:00PM) onward. There will have extra charges of (RM30 to RM50) for early checking. 10.) Check - Out time is before (12:00 PM). Please note that penalty of RM50 will be imposed for Late Check-Out before (2:00PM), (RM150) if check out (after 2:00PM).*Need to pay by cash when owner/co-host is arrived at home to do housekeeping. 11.) If the guest violates the House Rules or causing severe problems to the neighbourhood, we reserve the rights to evict the guests without refunding any security deposit and/or rental payments. 12.) We reserve all rights to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 13.) Please obey the House Rules, Malaysian Laws and Regulations.
