We were so thrilled to arrive to this little gem. Sure, we’ve been to hipper and more upscale hotels, but this hotel is perfectly located, has the most wonderful staff, fresh, clean and functional rooms and everything just feels right. At this price range in Japan, it’s 10/10!

Immaculate Hotel”
Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Ijima, who helped us get two separate large rooms with minimal charges. The rooms are spacious and everything looks and feels new. Only 4 minutes from the train station.

Best Location, Very New!”
It's new and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was perfect and very near to most attractions. However, the only downside of this hotel is the parking space. They don't have to begin with, and their affiliate parking area is quite far if you have heavy luggage. If you travel by train, this is perfect for you. If you bring a car, better find another one with provided parking space to spare you of all the hassle.

Unpleasant staff ”
Lacking facilities comparing to peers. Staff was unfriendly and contradicting, one asked me to provide only name on the check-in form, other annoyingly insisted that I had to write my address even when they already copied my ID. And even after I provided my numbers identifying my address, that ignorant woman at checkout kept forcing me to write the whole thing in letters. Never before I had this kind of silly situation.

Great new hotel with fantastic breakfast ”
We were travelling with teenagers and everyone loved the breakfast. They have both western and Japanese options and it’s very well made and presented. The rooms are great too, lots more space than the average Tokyo or Osaka hotel and pretty much brand new. No complaints from us : )

Close to train and castle”
Only 5 min walk to train station and 10 min walk to Matsumoto Castle. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was mostly clean except for the hair that wasn't mine. Nice breakfast buffet.

This hotel is super clean, in an awesome location between the station and popular sightseeing locations, and had an awesome breakfast! At most other hotels I have stayed in for the same price I can hear others in their rooms/have not been as impressed in general. This spot is definitely worth it!

Great location”
The hotel is located just 5mins away from the Matsumoto station and just turn the corner and you can also reach the food streets. Really convenient. Though we were given a room near the elevator, sound-proof in room was good as we can hardly hear any noise from outside. Hotel provides toiletries, shampoo and bath gel, hair dryer and room slippers.
