Everything was perfect and Stress free!!!!! If you need Covid tests before your flight , you can take the test at the hotel! Super convenient! You can get your result on the same day! Seriously it made my life easier!! Thank you so much!!

Spacious, clean rooms. Chic hotel, very professional and helpful staff that speaks fluent English, so many fabulous dining options nearby, I'm going to add a plug for the Korean place across the street, excellent. Highly reccomend this hotel for business travellers

Amazing place on an strategic location”
Only one block away from Paseo de la reforma just at the corner of El Angel de la Independencia, very comfy beds and an amazing roof from where you can see El Angel. We are not the ones who order room service at all, this time we did, or at least we tried, they said they were going to call back as we were looking down the menu, but never did, so if you get the late night cravings, make sure you stop at a convenience store so you don´t go to be hungry. We loved it.

Loved the rooftop pool! Excellent location, so many food and shop options around the hotel and easy to travel to other parts of MEX city. Room condition was just ok, look quite old and even outdated but I was too busy relaxing in the pool rather than stay in my room so that was fine...

Hotel ocation is pretty nice, in walking distance to Roma and many good restaurants. Despite the flashy looking lobby, room is just ok, bathroom is a bit out of date. The thing I like least about the hotel is concierge service. While we struggled to get our luggage to the room, the two guys at concierge couldn’t care less (both of them were free and chit chatting). Front desk service is not very friendly either. Compared to other hotels that we have stayed in CDMX, this hotel probably offers the least friendly service.

It’s okay if you look for something fancy”
Don’t expect a lot of friendliness, although the staff speaks polite, they have an attitude as if they don’t care at all. They are formal, but not kind. Place is very hygienic and facility wise has a lot, including a pool on the rooftop, although most of the time there are no towels… Which are meant to be there. And the mojito was terrible…

Soulless hotel with poor value for money ”
Not much to say about Galeria Plaza Reforma. Hotel is soulless and poor value for money. Considering the price, its surprising that you have to pay extra for parking and breakfast. Hotel maids are absolutely lovely but otherwise staff are unhelpful, only seem interested in guests that look like they'll give big tips.

The standard room in the hotel is uncomfortable for two people. In a city where accommodations are cheap this isn’t sufficient value for the money. Also I requested an accessible room and was not provided anything

The room was different from the picture when we booked that the picture shows double beds but check in by one bed. Frontdesk denied to negotiate with us.
