Great boutique hotel ”

Lovely boutique hotel close to everything you need. Staff are happy and very helpful. Security good, clean, good size room with excellent bathroom. I would stay here again.

Personal belonging missed”

I reported to the hotel that some of my personal belongings in the room were found missing when I came back at the night, including phone cables, juice and snacks. None of them is expensive. Just does not make sense that the cleaning lady can touch your stuff. The front desk on night shift gave me an attitude of "what can you do..". He told me that the hotel would let me know the next morning, when the cleaning lady back to work. Of course, I found none of those back.

this hotel is on many axis to the city...it makes a good starting point to discover Mexico city.... it's walking distance from alot of the city points of interests....and 2 minutes walk from the metro... the place is nothing fancy but its a few minutes from anything you could possibly want....

Not a four star hotel”

The hotel is situated in Garibaldi / Lagunilla, a 15 minute walk from the city centre. Despite being 15 minute walk from the centre, the surrounding area is a little dodgy/rough. The hotel itself is OK. Pro: rooms are big and to a modern-ish standard. The staff are nice and friendly. Cons: However, I wouldn’t class it as a 4 star hotel, more a 3 star budget hotel - The rooms have no air conditioning, the rooms are not well insulated and so sound travels throughout the building (e.g. doors slamming, conversations in the hallway, traffic on the main road outside etc.). The cleaning on arrival was so-so, dust in places especially on the tops and undersides of surfaces and under the bed. During my 3 night stay, I was bitten all over by bed bugs.

Rude Staff. Asked for quiet room and literally gave us the noisiest facing the highway (just as we specifically requested not to have after a very long journey to Mexico city). Breakfast was a mango juice and a one slice of jam and cheese sandwich... coffee machine didn't work. NEVER again

Pick this one over Zócalo. Zocalo might be in a cooler or more populated area, but its also a lot smaller in room size!

Decent hotel for the price”

We stayed here for one night and the hotel was very decent and comfortable considering the price. Great for travelers on a budget, however don't expect much from the breakfast and be sure to bring earplugs, as the hotel is right next to a busy street.

Horrible // NOT RECOMMENDED at SLL”

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Even you have budget restriction. Nothing is working. The noise in you passed over 50 dBl during the night. During the day is up 70dBl. No sound proof at all. Neighborhood is very crappy and not safe at all. Even you can hear your neighbor talking. No air conditioning and no heating. Tv doesn’t work. I suggest to get another even a bit more expensive but you can get a night rest.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very nice. It was clean. The neighborhood looks sketchy but the hotel is excellent. The bakery across the street is good.
