Great choice in Polanco-Cuauhtémoc neighborhood”
This clean, airy and roomy suite is very well located for walking in the Polanco, Zona Rosa and Roma neighborhoods. Some terrific restaurant options are nearby, and the museums in Chapultepec Park are an easy walk. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooftop lounging area and small exercise room were an added bonus. Wifi was excellent, housekeeping was very good. The continental breakfast was minimal, but offered a nice variety for a quick start to your day. Lombardo Suites is a very good choice for short or long-term stays.

We enjoyed our stay at this small hotel located on a relatively quiet street within easy walking distance of many attractions. Our room (and the bathroom) was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've had the pleasure of sleeping in. Our room had a nicely-equipped kitchen, which we did not use. This room would be ideal for guests who intend to stay several days and are willing to prepare some of their own meals. Otherwise, you can probably find comparable hotels nearby without a kitchen that cost a bit less. There is a WiFi router installed on each floor of the hotel. At times I judged the WiFi connection in our room to be a bit slow, but at least there was always a connection. This is my only complaint about this hotel, albeit a minor one. An example of the excellent service at this hotel: I asked the hotel manager to call us a taxi when we wanted to go to a restaurant. A driver arrived in an unmarked vehicle and said our trip would cost 150 pesos. When we arrived at our destination, he asked for 200 pesos, but finally agreed to 150 after we reminded him of his earlier comment. We were surprised that it cost 150, since it was a relatively brief trip, but we figured that this is one of the most expensive parts of the city, so we didn't argue about it. On our way back to the hotel we hailed a taxi and his charge was only 40 pesos. We mentioned this to the hotel manager and she immediately phoned the first driver to complain on our behalf. About 10 minutes later, the driver arrived at our hotel and gave us back 60 pesos. Still more than twice the cost of a real taxi, but better than nothing.

Fantastic Hotel - One of my favourite stays yet!”
I loved the hotel. It's a small place, but rooms were huge with kitchens, large beds, balcony and living room. Its also located in a very nice area which was close to where I worked, but also walking distance from the nightlife areas of condesa and la zona rosa. Highly recommended

This place was just perfect and the rate was a steal. The facilities are all well-maintained. The room is big and very clean. Staff are very nice and accomodating. Very highly recommended for business and families.
