Beds were like MMA mats, bathroom was incredible, location was very nice. ”

Staff was rude and unhelpful, 1 pool was absolutely horrendous, the other pool was very nice, restaurant service was terrible but the food was nice.

I had a beach bungalow which was okay. Cracks in doors and floors and general not much up keep and maintaining going on.

Cleanliness need to be main focus now ”

Book for 3 nights with my teenage daughter, was very disappointed upon check in. The bed sheet doesn’t seem to have being change for awhile, got to insist fresh bed sheets. The staffs change the sheets without discussion as they do see and “feel” the needs, but clean bed sheets should be a priority with guest asking There are 2 pools in the facility, the long pool just doesn’t seem to be clean enough to swim, and though my 3 days stay, not seem anyone jump in. The dark blue pool seem better, and I do see people jump in Overall the hotel seem run down, some works are urgently needed

The location is perfect, the place either, but the bed is worst than nothing. It was only steel with a sheet. I woke up sore, I've ask for a better bed they couldn't give me, so they put an other sheet on it. No change at all. If it wasn't for that, the place would have been perfect, even the staff is awesome, but the bed, ridiculous. Seriously, I'm not the kind to complain, it was literally just steel. :(

Got the cheapest option and wasn’t the right choice was a bit dirty we changed 3 bungalows. Spend a bit more and everything changes from cleaning of the room to ac... That place it’s in our Hart as it was an experience... looking at the place you can see it’s just not kept In the right way since couple of years... it could be really a gem. Cleaning and caring it’s the key

Staff very friendly, location was good but room have not enough lights and bed not good. Old room and not cleaning. But food was delicious.

The front office reception is very friendly but the cleaners were very rude. Also the beds were smelly and uncomfortable. We stayed in the older bungalows away from the beach. Location was good.

To be clear: I don't need a lot of amenities. I'm happy with basic things. I didn't expect much of this booking. When we arrived to the "resort" and saw the accommodation and facilities it was clear to us that we wouldn't stay there. The sheets were not clean. We'd have to be careful not to step in a rusty nail on the porch. Electricity plugs were loos on cables in the room. Holes in the walls and so on.... This "resort" had it's best time maybe 10 years ago. So I didn't discuss anything because I thought that would be useless. Instead we got ourselves a scooter and searched for a better bungalow somewhere else. As we found a better place we just left and didn't ask for out money.... We were just happy to leave. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I don't even know how such a place can be listed in a booking app. There are much better basic places for a low budget on this island. The owner of this place should invest some time and money to restore it to stay in business.

Hotel Ottimo, ma pessima posizione nell'isola”

Ottimo il resort, ma situato in posizione troppo isolata, se non volete noleggiare un scooter dovete camminare molto o pagare i taxi che sono i piu' cari della thailandia a Koh phangan

Resort tranquillo in posizione piacevole”

Posizione intermedia tra Thongsala e Hat Rin (entrambi a 10 min di macchina). Molto comodo per partecipare all'Half Moon Party e Jungle Experience. Il resort offre bungalows spartani ma in ottima posisione, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. è presente una piscina e una zona ristorante dove è possibile accedere gratuitamente al servizio wi-fi

Buongiorno a Tutti, prima di prenotare in questa struttura ho letto attentamente i Vostri commenti, ora sono qui a raccontarvi la mia esperienza a dir poco Allucinante!. Eravamo in 2 coppie , quindi come da vostro suggerimento abbiamo desiso di prenotare 2 camere Delux. Il prezzo è stato di 50 euro al giorno (colazione esclusa). Tuttavia, una volta arrivati in camera, abbiamo notato le seguenti anomalie: - C’era una puzza nauseante di muffa e di locale chiuso; - Il materasso era vecchio con le molle a spuntoni , in stile letto di chiodi; - Le lenzuola erano vecchie puzzolenti e bucate; - La porta del bagno era rotta, e il water era in condizioni pietose; - La stessa cosa per la porta dell armadio, una volta aperta abbiamo trovato l’interno 2 dita di polvere e dei scarafaggi morti. (Da vomito!!); - Il frigorifero era rotto; - La Tv era rotta. La mia ragazza (Thailandese), ha fatto notare subito al tecnico dell’ albergo tutte le problematiche presenti nella camera, ma alla fine ci si

Terribile. Il bagno era invaso da scarafaggi e tutto intorno pieno di rane. Non ci tornerei neanche gratis.
