This was the first time I gifted my Parents with a stay at any 5 star hotel and I booked them with a package that includes Breakfast, lunch and dinner. All of which was at Peshwa Pavillion. Big thanks to ITC for providing complimentary pool view top floor upgrade to them. This was a pre-anniversary present from me. Food was best, the service was best and the people were amazing. They didn't let my parents feel intimidated at all infact my parents were most comfortable ever. Room was huge with amazing art and complimentary tea coffee and creamer etc. Thank You again ITC for sending complimentary Cake to the room, this shows ITC goes extra mile to make their customers happy and loyal. Would spread this word and definitely a great visit and will be travelling again to their poperty.

On the occasion of my Mom & Dad’s 25th Anniversary we booked a staycation at ITC. It was our first time experience with ITC Martha and we loved it! Checkin and Checkout was Hassle Free thanks to the Front office Team! (Adrian and Shafan)were very helpful and duty manager at the time of check in was very helpful( can’t recollet the name). Dinner at Peshwa - Pavilion was delicious!!! We ordered breakfast and the room service was good and before time. Protocol were followed and hygiene was maintained thanks and Kudos to the Team - Nagendra, Hadlee, Shiv, Vikas!!! Much Appreciated!!! 😍🥂 Appreciate the staff from our end for the c”Comfortable Stay!

Pure Luxury ”
Very nice experience amongst the chaos and stress of the pandemic. Extremely hospitable and friendly staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms plus the ITC one experience is worth it. Must stay if you are near the airport or in transit. Special mention of Ms Mahima who helped me smoothly through the checkin and got us a nice quiet room.

Neat and clean but too far from city ”
Hotel situated too far from city, that’s also ok but what made me give them less star is f o staff behaviour, as we had word with them about extra bed being complimentary. But they refused at the time of checkout. Neither gave me discount of Fhrai on it. We had dinner at the pavilion restaurant which also wasn’t good as service is really slow they took 20 mins for the chapatis this is exact time I am telling. And if you are tourist want to move around Mumbai property is too far from Mumbai city or Colaba or Lower Parel. Overall I won’t stay had really high hopes with ITC MARATHA.

Very poorly maintained property”
Stayed at the ITC Maratha as it was close to the airport. It was really close so good call. However, the quality level and maintainance of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The carpets in the corridors had a strong odour and there was dirt on the walls and carpets. Certainly not anywhere close to the levels of hygiene one comes to expect. the staff though was excellent and very helpful. Sad to see their efforts go to naught because of the hotel not looking after basic hygiene

The Worst Luxury Hotel in Mumbai”
The only thing about the hotel is leaving, where do I start- booking lost on check in then room and status downgraded, breakfast is poor with limited choice and stale bread, reception service takes 2hours to check in and 45 minutes to check out. The service was so poor which is a shame as the hotel used to be a jewel in Mumbai, now it just resembles a fake 5 star. Significant construction works in hotel means noise throughout the day from 7am and club lounge moved to a spare room on the ground floor. Far more higher quality and better value hotels within 300meters if ITC

Cons: Room wasn’t ready, kept me waiting for almost an hour at night 11pm. Longer waiting for check in and check out Weak service recovery execution. Breakfast not up to the mark. Lack of staff coordination. No free airport shuttle. Pros: Upgraded to Jr. suit (but front line staff could have handled it better) Location and property.

Careful if you are on a budget...A Lunch at Peshawari is a rip off 10K (100$ SGD) for 3 naans and 2 VEG curries and staff wanted 5 star ratings at Trip-Advisor. At the Buffet Dinner the captain and staff were treating 2 old men besides us as their father in laws...making tea, serving food etc like slaves...can't these old guys go and get what they want from the buffet...Staff why not pamper all guests the same way?
