Room very good, clean and not to big or small..just nice..then, I like the bed ..it's comfortable for me and my husband to rest and sleep. One week we stayed at this hotel and everything is good. Cheep price. Aircond very cool..it's so nice..

Good location budget hotel”

I feel very Comfortable staying there. It has big room and the room is very clean. There some kopitiam near by the hotel. The distance is just about 3 to 4 minutes. The foods are tasty. Hotel do provide internet service and the speed is very fast. The hotel located nearby the mines shopping mall. It takes around 5minutes to reach there.

Reasonably priced for night stay”

We like to go back to this hotel for its reasonable price. As we are mostly out in the day, the room suits our bedding need with simple frill like Free Wi-Fi accessible even in the room. Most hotels only provide at the hotel lobby! Don't have to worry about breakfast/meals as there's plenty of food selling around the area 24/7.

i think izumi hotel is affordable for student especially who not yet have any income.. it is quite cheaper compare with others hotel.. the location of izumi hotel is quite better and near to ktm serdang and mines shopping centre.. there are many shop around the hotel which included some food restaurant, 7eleven and others.. there are no need to worry about the meal problem and the price is reasonable...

The outside looks of the Hotel represents the insides of the Hotel even wout windows. I fell in love with it at my first visit. Especially the restaurant that is avail 24 hrs and at a very lighted walking distance. Should try one time at least and see what i mean. Thank you...

Budget Hotel for Business Traveller”

I had stayed in this hotel for few times and so far found that it is a nice budget hotel for business travel in Balakong or sri kembangan. But this time, with some bad experiences. We had book for 2 rooms, but the front counter informed us that we only book for 1 room. (the agoda had already charged me for 2 rooms charges.) She very insist that we only booked for 1 room, and ask me to show her the voucher. (this round i did not print our the voucher, as in the past they never collected my voucher). But luckily I had it with my laptop, so that I copy it into a pendrive, but this ladies, don't know how to plug in the pendrive in her desktop, and ask me to go inside their front office and plug in the pendrive for her. Thats fine for me and everything settle, we are asking for 1 room and with single bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. But when we arived the room, we found that both room are only 1 queen size bed, and we had to go down again to change with her. Overall that this round I feel the front office ladies is not well train. (my previous experience with their front office service is very higly recommended)

Since the hotel is located near the Royal Military College where we had out booth at, Izumi Hotel was one of the perfectly located hotels for it.

It is a comfortable & feel good hotel. The cleanliness was impressed me. Staff also help to provide taxi booking with trustworthy driver. The staff is responsible & can be trusted as I left over item for my friend to collect. During my stay, I lost my deposit receipt to collect back my deposit. However, the staff was flexible for me to collect back it by her own problem solving strategy. It let me feel very good! The taxi booking also came early before the booking times. It make my itinerary very smooth. I would like to recommend to provide a hair dryer in each room as it is a basic equipment for customers to use after shower. Another item it is a box of tissue for each room. This is also a basic item for customers to expect provided by hotel. In summary, it is a very good hotel to stay in. I will recommend it to my business partners in future.

Neat Hotel”

my kids enjoy staying here. overall appearance is good. the room is also spacious especially the family type with 4 person. good service by the staff. breakfast is not included, but you can walk to a nearby stall or drop to a nearby 7 eleven. i come to kl occasionally and i found that this hotel is a great one for budget type hotel.

Budget business hotel”

I had stayed at this hotel several times. This time, I booked to 2ooms - one with single beds and one with twin beds. During my check in, the staff told me that it is only one room booked, and I showed her my agoda voucher, she check with her own booking slips, she found out she was incorrect. She try to ask me that provide me a family room with 1 big size beds and 1 single beds, but we have 3 mans, so I insist that we need to have 3 beds, and I don't care if it is in one room or 2 rooms. Finally she provides me 3 beds with 2 rooms. With this service I will give them a chance that will stay here again next time.

ROOM ARRANGEMENT”

I requested a quiet room but I was given room facing the road side. It was so noisy and unable to sleep properly due the noise disturbance (car,bikes,lorries,construction works). But overall hotel is comfortable & convenient.

My family enjoyed staying in this hotel.”

It was an enjoyable stay and the right choice for my family. The only problem we had is to locate the hotel at night. We had to rely on the GPS. After having familiarize with the hotel location, then only our movement between KL, Cheras and Kajang is so easy.

Misleading photos; average stay”

I had booked a Deluxe with Window and the room I was given does not look like the one displayed in this website. It's much smaller, and has only one socket for power. The air con remote control given came with batteries, but the batteries were punctured thus useless. The air cond was leaking anyway, so avoid keeping things under it. The worst part is the water supply - you have to go to the ground floor lobby to get refills, thus requiring a second keycard or having to lose power in the room. The heater was too lukewarm. It's not hot enough. The toilet works very well and the hotel only provides bathing and shampoo liquids, so be sure to bring your own toothbrush and paste. There is no need to pay for parking in the area, so that's a plus. The bed was the most comfortable thing in the room. It gets loud outside at night, so do keep yourself busy. The hotel WiFI works well too.
